- Virtus MTP Rider 3l Hydration pack second test, its impressed me so far but it dont take alot to be fair.
Except the Mic, either im not using it right or its just rubbish for what i want it for....
Tunes by my self.....
Mic was good. Sounded ok to me. I like hearing nature in the background of vids. Personally that's what I go to the woods for. Hydration pack looks good too. Nice one Mr. T_P.
Hi MrRTR, yep i agree, sounds of the woods you just cant beat it. i did have to re-upload the vid and turn the sound up as i had tweaked it down thinking it was super load but once edited it was to quiet.... typical. ill give it ago again on the next vid and see. im glad i got the hydration pack now, super handy.
Personally I like the longer format vids. But you do what works for you. The mic seems to be OK. But we all know you dub the bacon sizzle on 😜. Love your Vids as (for me) it’s all I need.. whatching someone enjoy the outdoors. Isn’t that what we all want. If people want to hate, they have the problem not you. Take care.
Hi Mr RH, cheers for the comment and watching the vids. very much appreciated. the mic seems to activate when i speak i noticed so the sound of the woods is muted which is a shame, Ahh you caught me i have a catalogue of food sounds which i use 😁 i prefer to watch the longer vids as well, ill see how this vid turns out and see how this goes, each of my vids is usually 1hr30 before i edit as i try to catch everything for reality. have a good weekend mate.
I have that bladder and iv attached it to my virtus issed bergen using the proper bladder pouch not bad at all
Yeh its a hand piece of kit, it attaches quite well to the from of the pouch rucksack, the loops on the pouches are just right. glad i bought it
I'm playing catch up at the moment Tony. I do admire your set up mate - it has everything you might need- very organized. I especially like the burn mat. What is it? Re-keeping fit it sounds like you're getting there - nothing heroic and you'll be increasing the distance. As for the sound it was OK. Well, mate so good to just to be out doing what you love. Yes me to, ill have a binge watch of vids after my run on sat. i use a soldering mat, its only a couple of quid on ebay but i find them very effective. getting out to the woods has kept me sane 👍 my aim for fitness now is to lower my heartrate and slowly increase carrying weight for strength. editing the video the mic sounded awful but once processed it sounded fine, very strange. It may be an age thing, but the first thing to come out of my bag nowadays is nearly always my sit mat. 😊
Ahh 9 times out of 10 it my Hammock then the sit mat, but on this occasion i did everything awkward 👍 im 45 so i know exactly what you mean 😄 cheers for taking the time to comment 👍
