Sasquatch or Hungry belly? you decide... Back in the woods again for breakfast and a brew. Ive felt uneasy in this wood on the last few visits with noises and funny feelings, but this was a clear tree knock. the biggest animals in this area are foxes and badgers so Deer banging there antlers is out the question. There has to be a rational explanation... but i dont have it currently. Tunes by me!

Nice one Tony - good to hear of the charcloth - more in the pouch means more hammock hangs and cooking. You're an expert at it now. I hope you're well mate. All the best. Mark
Keeping those skills sharp mate! Especially the one handed stove skill, always impressive! The king of woodland breakfasts for sure 👍
Nice one Mr. T_P. That fire took hold pretty quick. Maybe your fastest one yet.
Cheers MrRTR, Yeh is shocked me a bit. likely the bone dry tinder was the key.
@ you can’t beat dry wood Mr. T_P.
An awesome place to get out for a good meal and a little relaxing.
Yes definitely mate, its my go to chill area
Thanks for another great video, something I always look forward to watching. Regards Broadlander
Cheers Broadlander, very much appreciated my friend
Great to see you back out!!
Hey RH, Thanks mate, its been a tough few weeks which is why the late posting of the vid, hope to be back to normal very soon. i appreciate you commenting and watching my friend 👍
You don't look old. You look like you need another sleep for three days 😅 . . I get like that. Looks like a lovely woods . ❤
I totally agree, i do look very tired, i could carry my camping gear in them eye bags, 😂 Yes i do love that wood 👍
@t_poutsider Loads of water and practice smiles. .. I think walking threw times a week is a good thing to help with all the world woes 🦾
Such a wonderful and very relaxing time in the great outdoor 😊
Hi my friend, yes a very needed time in the woods, i hope to get back out there soon. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
Enjoyed the video, thanks for sharing! 👍 A nice flint and steel demo too! 👌🙏
Thanks Yarps, glad you enjoyed this 1. thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment 👍
if/when the stainless mesh finally does end up unusable I found one of those fold out steamers fit well on the fire pit frame, makes it into a budget friendly cimberer fire bowl of sorts
Hiya Joe, thanks for that handy tip 👍 ill look into it. thanks for commenting 👍
Yummy meals …have fun stay safe
Thank you Kenneth, you keep safe to 👍
Nice fire rescue, Mr. P. Have you got a trail cam you could set up to check the spot? If they are Toobers, you trump them for spot priority 😉👍🏼 Top scoff. I love living like a hobo, don’t you? 😁 Remember the bloke who lived like it in some woods not too far from us back in the 80’s? Good trip out again 😉👍🏼
Hey MrB, i thought about it but if its MOD doing training i might be accused of spying for putin or worse the far right! it would be funny if it was toobers, their likely saying the same in their vids, 'whos the fucka using my spot'? 🤣 No i dont remember that but i will look him up and use his old woods 😁
An amazing place to get out and enjoy some delicious food.
Thank you my Friend, yes its a nice quiet wood.
Proper relaxing video! Really enjoyed that one! Very peaceful. New sub from us, looking forward to the next!
Thank you R.O 👍 glad you like, i will pop over to your channel if you have vids 👌 i do like chilling in the woods.
@@t_poutsider thank you mate appreciate that! Have a new wild camp video out today so great timing! Have a great week🙌🏻
Nice watch. Thanks. So beautiful and peaceful out there😊😊😊
Thank you matey. i do love the woods.
Morning mate, I always watch your videos but for some strange reason have only just got round to subscribing. As a Scot you can't beat a bit of Lorne sausage on a roll, tastes even better cooked in the woods. Thanks for all the videos.
Cheers MrBillyBear 👍 glad you enjoy them. thanks for the comment and sub thats awesome. ive just been out again this morning and cooked up another storm with lorne sausage 👍 so nice. hope to have this vid out before end of week 👌
Can’t beat B’fast in the woods 👍
Thank you RH. yep its the best 👌
You made light work of the breaky Tony. Another relaxing set up in the bush there. Re-your injury it sounds like its compression linked. I mean you run and it hurts and you walk and it doesn't. You have to take some ant-inflammatory bro to bring the inflammation down - help it heal. Well, take care out there. Mark
cheers mark, yep when i move it, it felt like a sprained ankle with the tightness. i just didnt give it enough time to heal after such a long run. been keeping it elevated, rest and ibuprofen. i even tried stinging nettle therapy and to my suprise it did feel better, itched like hell for a few days though 🤣 all the best. Tony.
@@t_poutsider Hey, nice one Tony - keep at it, mate. Stinging nettle therapy? Now that's a new one to me.
Tip top scran there, Mr. P. In a good location too 😉👍🏼 I don’t know why, but I’m missing your videos of late. Nice set up with the cook system.
Yeh YT is messed up. seem to only promote the bigger channels, for the revenue i guess. cook system worked better than expected to be fair. all the best MrB 👍
Thanks for the shout out Mr.T_P. Loving the set up with the fire mesh there. Chilled out vibes as usual. Good to see you back out and about. Take care of that ankle. I did my Achilles tendon a couple of years ago and it took months to heal.
cheers MrRTR, you deserve the shout mate. it worked well and as you said hasnt got worse yet so it still lives 😁 thats my biggest fear, if i do my achilles and can run thats not good but not the end of the world. but if i cant get out at all for my wooded medicine i would be in trouble 🤣
@ just take it easy mate. Take things in your stride.
Thanks for bringing us along on another adventure. Regards Broadlander
Hi broadlander, your welcome and thanks for watching and commenting.
Yay! good to see you back!! DIY cook station looks good..
Hi MrRH thanks for watching and commenting, works well for cheap material 👍
That is an amazing place to get out and relax.
cheers matey, nice and local to.
Another great video, and as normal i am rather hungry! that set up is looking good.
Hiya mate, 😁 i do enjoy cooking breakfast. im surprised how well the kit went. will get lots of use in the future.
That 'fire table' looks a it useful!
hiya, it packs away reasonable, plus the newer versions pack away smaller, very handy for a camp 👍
You're getting some cool kit together Tony. In fact, some environmentally friendly gear - no scarring on the ground, which I've always known you to be good for. It's gotta be said you're a good cook outdoors. That looked lovely mate. All the best. Mark
Hiya Mark, cheers my friend. i do try to be self sustainable using cheap items, minimal heavily industrialised gear as possible. i just feel wrong leaving trace or scars in nature. sometimes you cant help it but i try my best 👍 i do enjoy cooking in general, especially outside in nature 👌 take care mate
@@t_poutsider Hey, good to hear of the gear Tony and your approach to it. Yeah, none of us are perfect. I can see the joy in your cooking. A pleasure.
Great video pal, loving the channel by the way. Just subscribed from a fellow TH-camr 😉👍
thank you Phil. i will check in on your channel also 👍
Commenting for the algorithm
thank you very much, much appreciated 👌
I’ve been really enjoying your videos! Question, how did you get that scar on your chin? I realize that’s a very personal question but I’m a curious sort, but I understand if you choose not to answer. How do you enjoy your Kelly Kettle? I recently purchased one but I’ve yet to try to try it out. Now that it’s starting to cool down here in Vietnam I’m going to have to give it a go. Keep your nice relaxing videos coming and care of yourself! ATB Sam Adler from Vietnam
Hiya Sam, thank you for commenting, and happy you enjoy my videos. my scar is nothing heroic just a car accident when younger 👍 i love my kelly kettle, im considering purchasing the larger version soon. they are a good bit of kit using minimal fuel for a fast boil of water 👍 just watch your hand when taking it off the fire.. im sure you will love using the kelly kettle many times . take care Sam.
Another great vid…. I’m off for b’fast 😜
Hiya RH, thank you for tuning in 👍
Thats awsome 😊😊😊
thank you my friend 👍
An awesome place to sit back and relax, thanks for the video.
Thank you buddy, glad you enjoy. not as nice as some of the places you stop for breakfast 😀👍
The tripod worked like a charm Mr. T_P. I love my fire mesh. I always use my fire mesh when I go camping, which I think i will be doing soon. ATB mate.
So that bit where i said "its great and lasted for ages..." well it now has a hole in.... how ironic 🤷♂️ 🤣 yep im pleased with that and minimal effort to make also.. win win. all the best MrRTR 👍
@@t_poutsider yeah mines got a tear in it. Still works fine though.
That's what I like to see... cut uncooked meat up on the board, then prep the other food after. None of this "may get food poisoning" shizzle. I have done the same many times with no ill effects. I doff my cap, Mr. P. Tripod set up worked well. Food looked the bomb. Another great bit of life out in the wooded areas of the county. Top Job!
yeh if cooking for myself i believe in a relaxed attitude, raw chicken or raw pork im cautious but anything else will strengthen the gut n immunity 💪 cheers MrB the tripod worked well, lazily made minimal effort as always 🤣 i love my food in the outside world. all the best matey
Nice spot Mr. T_P. The beach is my go to place after the woods. I love the sea. I prefer it in autumn and winter to the summer.
yep same here, nice quiet shoreline, luckily we dont gat many visitors to the Thames so usually left alone 👍
Lovely spot for a brew and you can't beat the crusader cookset 👍
hiya Barney, yes lovely n peaceful. mk1 is a good bit of kit, im tempted to get the mk2 but i dont know if i need it 🤷♂️
Sometimes.. thats all you need☕ out in the open. love that stove setup. good tunes as well. Take care
Hiya RH, its my favourite go to cook kit 👍 i just needed to get out and chill so the coast is the best place local 👌
Congratulations on your 10 miler ,great video brother. God bless you and your family and happy camping 🏕 😀 😊 🙏. Lee
Hiya Lee, thanks for the comment, much appreciated 👍 hope your have a good weekend and stay safe 👌
Good one Tony - dry, still and super relaxed. The running sounds great mate - I like to run but have been injured. Hopefully, be out there at some point. A nice brew and a spot of MRE there. Always a hood hammock hang. Well, good going with the Norfolk trip. Have a great week ahead. Mark
Hiya mark, yes running is new to me and wish i had done it years ago, its calming and cheers me up 👍 hope your ankle sorts itself out soon so you can get back on the road. mre was surprisingly nice. have a good 1 mate.
@@t_poutsider hey, Tony - yeah so good to hear you're running. I know the vibe. Well, out today and no issues - it's getting stronger. Ye ha! Good to hear of the MRE. Peace bro.
Arden was enjoying this today ♡
😀 glad he enjoys it 👍
See a t_p outsider video pop up, as always a great chilled one in the woods. To everyone’s liking.👍🏽👍🏽 and a little running done. Alls good in the wood, except for that one tree falling. I only heard the crows being spooked.haha
Hiya pete, glad you liked this 1 and commented 👌 yep trying to keep active as much as possible, with the tree falling, i tried to do a seperate clip and turn the volume up but it still didnt make it much clearer, im tempted to go n hunt the fallen tree out as im curious to see how close it was 👍 all the best buddy.
This is the good life ❤❤❤
A nice chilled morning in the woods is a good start to any week 👍
A nice chilled one Mr. T_P. Not bad those British army MRE's. Like you say, fills a gap.
Hi MrRTR, im surprised they dont have more calories in, being supplied on the battle field and so on. I was kindly given a 24hr ration pack so ill have to crack that open soon.
@@t_poutsider I have a big bag full of them that was given to me. Handy to have.
well done on 10 miler.. Lazy is fine with me.. cant beat a brew in the woods.. Always a bonus when the MRE is still in date 🙂 great vid..
Hi MrRH. Just testing the boundaries to see what my limits are with the running 👍 chilled brew in the woods is a must, keeps me sane 😀
a relaxing video by a nice fire, thanks for sharing with us
Hiya, thanks for the kind words, i do love to chill in the woods 👍
That cook pot has done you proud, Mr. P. I bet that food smelt and tasted delicious. Especially with the eggs on top, you dirty rotter 🤤
Sorry to hear you've been a bit down Tony - it seems you've recovered your energy now though. A decent cook up there mate and using more of your home grown. Well, a good bit kelly action mate and a swing in the hammock does the job. Good going as always. Mark
Hi Mark, i do enjoy the kelly kettle, going to invest in the larger version 👍 fresh from the garden with no chemicals added.
@@t_poutsider Hey, nice one Tony - fresh veg too.
Nice one Tony - there's good news in this one mate. Well done on the allotment - it's great to grow your own. Re-the running- keep it up. I see you doing marathons in the future. Well, a tasty treat there bro. All the best. Mark
Cheers Mark, yeh running seems to be my flavour of the month currently and when i escape to the woods the next day, the walking seems to soothe the aches in the legs 👍 growing my own food is going to be a long term thing with the way the world is currently 👌 all the best mate.
@@t_poutsider Hey, nice one Tony - keep the running up mate and the soothing walks. Re-growing food I agree fully. Peace.
A hearty breakfast there Mr. T_P. I've done that a few times. Got somewhere with the intent of making a vid and just not felt it. Turned round and gone straight home. Probably most people have at some point.
Hi MrRTR yes im pretty sure most tubers have turned around when not feeling it, but glad i stuck it out for this 1, almost over done it with the quantity in ghis 1 but got away with it 😆
Get a tripod to hold your camera. Keep your hands free
Hiya, its catch 22 with a tripod for me, its more stable but then voice quality is poor, and wireless mic's sound weird to me. Much appreciated for the comment though 👍
