you never talk about throwing or swinging movements, which in my opinion are what give people the most shoulder problems... waiting for that vid one day.
If you can maintain optimal mechanics during all types of squatting, pressing, and pulling; rotational movements, such as throwing and swinging, should be easy to figure out. He mentioned this in his Joe Rogan podcast episode. Additionally, he teaches the one-arm kettlebell swing.
I just tried the stuff Kstarr was showing and my posture instantly improved

Its freaky getting back into these for me because I tore my bicep doing a back lever last October. Just out of the blue, had been doing them for months with no worries.

How do you know if you have a mobility problem vs a muscle imbalance problem? Cant fix my shoulder please help!
kelly kelly kelly; what do you think about MLB pitchers reaching back too far? If I put both of my arms backwards; naturally my scapula's run into each other. without forcing my arms back further; do you think that is as far as I should go? It is thought that tommy john surgery is because of improper mechanics... with this action.
So I can do the skin the cat but I can't do the movement Kelly does. Any tips?
what happens if you let it relax and hang on it? would it hurt your shoulder? I want to hang on there for longer so that it increase my should flex more?

+vidfreak56 I think the idea is to do the wods upstream and downstream of the problem area. I focus on hips and knees everyday . maybe a little shoulder and back when I bench
