Mumbai has flat system and u might find a flat huge n very well done up and it could be rented.. on the other hand u would see a small flat n it would be owned.. flat price also differs from location to location.. flats r very expensive in certain areas in south and western part of mumbai.. delhi and other places have independant bungalows which costs way less than a small flat in mumbai
