wait @Mr. Sujano was in London? I'd have bought ya one of those beers for all the emulator help you have given me. I actually grew up in st Thomas and live just outside of old east village. st Thomas has a few interesting activities like the Iron horse festival, the rail museum is very cool, the playhouse, drag strip just south of town on the way to Port Stanley. also a few films have been shot in st Thomas, like the grudge, Mr head mistress, lock and key, total recall remake. London had tins if stuff to do there is are throwing just around the corner from the Kelloggs plant. Kelloggs is also gaining a hard Rock hotel now. there is the velodrome, London airshow, any of the events at the budweiser gardens which is the hockey rink across from the Covent garden market. Dundas place in the core, rock the park also in the core, tilt arcade bar, comic con, the creators of warfare were in downtown London.
I just love these videos by you. So many amazing g activities and tips in one video. At first I thought it was London the country but this was even better! Sign me up for the casino and brewery! Thanks again!
Thanks for the great video of London. I've been there many times but you've opened my eyes to other opportunities. I'm glad you shared the St Thomas Elevated park. I've been there and it's great. I found out through CJ Hoyle (TH-camr bicycle and canoe adventures) that St Mary's Ontario also has a elevated park which is on my bucket list
I was actually gonna do London on my way up to Maine last year but, Canada hadn't opened back up yet. Definitely will make a point to do it soon. The food and beer looks amazing at the brewery. I like that the Canadian cities you film all have some kind of nature feature. Oh that Pioneer Village is cool. Love history!
There are so many things to see and do 😁 you did a great job with this list, even though initially you guys were striking out with the weather and closed businesses 😵💫 We would definitely want to visit Richmond Row...I saw several restaurants that sounded delicious...and of course visit the breweries too 🍻
Sounds like there is a lot of history in this town 😁 and so much to do! I would love to visit that big market! and Craig would probably want to visit every single brewery 😅 A few years ago there was this diet that was all the craze, called Banting…now I know where the name comes from 😃
@TheAverageTourist I'm not 100% positive campus hi fi is even still there, it was right across the street from Endo Jewelers. They had the restaurant first. It's like a sandwich type mom and pop type place. 😋
Nice list of things to do in London, Ontario. Unfortunately, the weather was cooperating to well. I love rib fests. We have one in Ottawa every year. That elevated park was pretty cool. I will have to check it out. That beach looked really nice.
I've lived in London most of my life and I wouldn't recommend old east village as an attraction at the moment as London has a considerable drug problem with many of the people congregating in that area as well as most of Dundas Street stretching from downtown all the way to the far eat part of the city which is a shame because many of those businesses suffer because of it but it's a great city for bike trails and parks and if you like indoor obstacle courses The Factory is a pretty cool place to go and it's not terribly expensive to take kids there for a few hours of fun
It's too bad that the area is so run down because some of the businesses looked like they could be really great. I hope the rent is cheap for them at least!
@@TheAverageTourist yeah its a shame they had a few neat stores along Dundas street if you go around the western fair market area they still have some cool stores to checkout and it's not as bad but you still run into the occasional junkie
Labatt was founded by "John Balkwell" "THE LATE JOHN KINDER LABATT Born, King’s County, Ireland, 1803; the son of Valentine Knightly Chetwoode Labatt. Came to Canada when a young man and settled in London. Purchased in 1832 what is now the large brewery business with a Mr. Eccles from John Balkwell, the original owner. He later bought Mr. Eccles’ interest in the company and conducted the business alone until his death in 1866, when he was succeeded by his son the late John Labatt. He was a very prominent figure in the city during the many years he formed a part of the life of London. Married, August 17th, 1833, Eliza Kell. To them were born five sons and nine daughters."
So many things were still closed due to covid at the time. And yes, St. Thomas isn't London, but an activity if you are in London would be to visit St. Thomas for the day. I used to go often in the summer when I lived in London. 👌 need to add the Jail house to my list. And I forgot it's Budweiser gardens now... used to be John Labatt Centre when I live there!
London is actually getting incredibly dangerous downtown. Looting stores and assaulting shopkeepers. I think the added police foot patrol office is a step in the right direction. But I would prefer cameras installed everywhere, to catch these deviants. It's not remotely a safe area to walk around anymore.
The ultimate best thing to do in London is to visit a brewery! Anderson is one of my favorites!

It's a great city - my husband is from the area and I lived there for a few years. Lots to see and yes, lots of beer and food!
Nice town, thanks for sharing.
I didn't know there was a London in Ontario! Thanks for the tips! 😁
Yep! Copied after the original in the UK

So interesting i really enjoyed 🥰
So intrigued by London Ontario. Much like London UK it has a lot of beer! 🍻 You have done a lot of activities there, how far is it from you?
Ha yes - it's a copy of the original... but definitely not as great in my opinion. It's still a great city to see.
FYI, there's are geocaches in or near most of the places you visited. Thanks for the video, it was fun.
Oh that's fun! We always forget to look on the app for them while we're exploring.

Great video! You’ll have to let us know next time you’re in London, we’ll show you some hidden gems 💎
Yes absolutely! My husband and his family are from there but it's been over a decade since we lived in the area.
Hey Tourist, what do you think of your husband playing AetherSX2 and Emulicious?
He plays so many games I don't even try to keep up!
to say I was surprised to see him in a video when I searched up London was an understatement
thanks for sharing
Hi. Where did you stay during ur trip? Could u provide information on hotel also. Tq.
We have family there so we stay with them
You drove past my friends Family Jewelers Endo Jewelers on Richmond. We've been friends since 1987. They own Campus Hi Fi restaurant too
Very cool! Haven't been to that restaurant yet
@TheAverageTourist I'm not 100% positive campus hi fi is even still there, it was right across the street from Endo Jewelers. They had the restaurant first. It's like a sandwich type mom and pop type place. 😋
Campus Hi-Fi is still there and great food, I go to have breakfast and see the university and college students
My favorite thing to do in London is to get into a car and leave.
🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😅

It's a great city to visit, but yes if anyone is going summer time definitely has better weather 👌
@@TheAverageTourist I definitely wouldn't mind checking out London. Went to a wedding in St. Thomas years ago.
