Whoever this character is, his "this passion" is madness, but not for him. He kills other because he considers it art. Why could he not find art in love and respect? Why? Did others do something to him? Or he was lost from the beginning? His destructive path is his canva? Why?
I know, right? You know what boggles my mind? Why do so many people love characters like this?
@@WordsBeyondFiction Because it is mystery. One reason why joker is DC's most notorious villains is because he has so many origin stories and yet at same time he has not. When someone villainous character is truly evil, yet has acts humane touch, it brings out idea of what could have created such monster into life? If you go exposing it out, it loses its touch and you just become person, dressed up in costume.
This is one reasons why Joker never wants to find out Batmans true identity, cause to him, Batman is the real self and Bruce Wayne is costume.
Question "Which one is the real, the mask or face?" Is perfect choice for this, because when in public we dont wear mask, we have certain image people want express to others, be it dangerous thug, gentle spirit or proud leader. But when you go behind public eyes, true self is often revealed to be almost opposite.

@@WordsBeyondFiction Good question. I still hate Scar from Lion King because he was greedy. But we get interested in darth vader or anime villain characters. Some of they become villians because of tragedy caused by others. Then they act. We are always analyzing their root cause. We are always looking beyond fiction.

The fact that this is in a sensical order is what gets me. League villains in Lore are underrated because the game is way more popular, like i learned of comics only when i started playing. And all of the villains are awesome! Some of them you gotta wonder if they're villains to begin with, like Azir and Xerath who both want good for their people but with bad ways. Or Jhin who is, in my opinion, shown to recreate pure art, hr himself said; "I cannit be good. I must be perfection!", which is really awesome when you consider how much planning he does, even in lore and his kit in the game
