How long does this fly come out to be? I tried tying a couple and they came out around 6 inches and I’m wondering if that’s too long in a practical sense.
Is that the shank jaw from Regal?
Do yall use 1 or 2 schlappen feathers throughout the fly
Either way works but just want to make sure you get full even coverage. Typically only need 1 feather if the quality is good.
