I'm really happy with the bike. plenty of power for what it is and its a solid build. Doesn't look cheap. Not that it matters but i think it looks just as cool if not better than super 73 and a heck of a lot cheaper. I thought the 2nd batch was coming with a "boost" button but i don't see any additional buttons. Really Happy with my purchase.
Just add a few links to the chain. That way it's not creating a ton of tension on the derailer, which in turn the derailer will move itself away from the peg mount. Not sure why these made it through QC with incorrect chain length. But that's the fix.
My first time taking the bike out one bar immediately disappeared. After next charge that bar stayed until about 8 miles down so probably similar to my experience. 18.5 miles includnig hills only down two bars. Then when turned on again, had just one bar down. So yours is probably similar.

Hey, Mr,cd have you tried the Ariel rider x class? I was looking into these moped bikes but I may need to carry a passenger. Do you think the revv1 could potentially fit a passenger or have passenger accessories?
It has a location for passenger pegs and the seat is decently long but the bike won’t fit two normal sized people comfortable. That’s my personally opinion but I’m sure you could still do it if you had to
A buddy of mine got one and had a similar chain issue. We worked with the tensioner, but the big problem came when we realized that he was effectively sitting on the chain until we locked out the rear shock. It seems like the tension is so high that the swing arm can't get decent travel.
@@wilsgrant I think the engineering was 95 percent of the way there, and perhaps some idea of clearance or clean appearance was all there. It sounded like this was a last minute decision that didn’t work out.

Do you think the finiky throttle can be fixed with a software update? I tested one out and noticed both the lag and low end cut out. They also had some pics of the mock up extended for the rack. It was a beefier tube matching the frame color that could be used as a platform to put something on and as a handle to help pick up the back end. Lots of room in the metal cage at the bottom the controller takes up maybe a quarter of it. They had one opened up in the shop.
Thanks man! Is this the best moped style bike on the market right now for this price point? is there another one you like better just in general? Preferably under 3k..
Not really. The c3strom has some better features like gears and bigger brakes and cool design but it’s more expensive by $300 than this. The yyg br100 is a great bike too but it’s more on the cheaper side. This bike has potential for easy upgrades

I’ve been checking out the videos for the f1s and it looks pretty sweet. I’m 5’9” 180lbs so I don’t need a large bike. It’s a large 2 person seat and everyone says it’s really comfortable. The roads around here can be pretty bad so good suspension and a plush seat are a must.
@MrCentralDriver awesome! Thank you! I've been watching all your videos, and your expertise is top notch! Is the loud noise of the Revv 1 motor a problem long term or is it just the way that motor runs? I've seen so many folks show they have 6,000 plus miles on them which is awesome!
I'm still not buying any ebike until they come down in price. And by "come down in price" I mean the ebike should cost less than the price of its fully-charged battery in California.
It appears this bike is impossible to get. No dealers in the entire Tampa Bay area for the Revv 1. Nothing on eBay anywhere near me. Website is out of stock until August apparently. Almost pointless doing any reviews when none are available anyway, and they're still not that much less than the Super73.

Can you add links to the chain or get a longer one?
yeah add two links you'll be set
Whats the range if you use throttle-only around 20-25 mph?
Probably 28-30. And around 24-25 full throttle
@@MrCentralDriver Thanks for the reply bro.. Do you know how wide the handlebars are?
I'm thinking about buying this but I live in England - you got me worried about the shipping now
It’s been pretty bad for a few people in the community.
Anyone recommend a quick release for these wheels?
I would not recommend on how fast this bike is. That’s for smaller axle e-bikes and lighter ones as well
@@MrCentralDriver any full throttle twist recommendations?
I was going to get a revv1….idk now I’m eyeing the ghostcat f2
Curious how they feel
I’ve been checking out the videos for the f1s and it looks pretty sweet. I’m 5’9” 180lbs so I don’t need a large bike. It’s a large 2 person seat and everyone says it’s really comfortable. The roads around here can be pretty bad so good suspension and a plush seat are a must.
You should do a giveaway for the random pants you keep passing
🤣
The grips are comfortable “in the hands”?!
Yes. Some grips feel horrible
How much?
2400
Revv1 or CTY2?
if speed is your big buying factor then cty2. overall strengths revv1 and cheaper
Revv1 or Ariel rider x?
Revv1
I still like my gemeni x moped.
cool looking bike
I love this channel
thanks!
Can someone send me how to unlock the off road mode because when I try to ride 1 up won’t send me how to do it
Link is in the description to unlock the bike.
I'm still not buying any ebike until they come down in price. And by "come down in price" I mean the ebike should cost less than the price of its fully-charged battery in California.
Thanks
No problem
Async review coming?
no they took it back. it was broken
@@MrCentralDriver sadly that seems like a common theme I have been seeing.
It appears this bike is impossible to get. No dealers in the entire Tampa Bay area for the Revv 1. Nothing on eBay anywhere near me. Website is out of stock until August apparently. Almost pointless doing any reviews when none are available anyway, and they're still not that much less than the Super73.
Grizzly seems to be a better moped style bike . Imo
Grizzly is heavier. More expensive. No turn signals. Worse brake light as well. And louder with both motors.
Yup grizzly is way better but you get what you paid for . -$1000 This moped doesn't have pegs. No back Suspensions.....so much more power on the grizzly
