I feel there's Two different kind of tank arts the clutch arts and the none clutch arts. Clutch being everyman and LPW. And none clutch being Mystic and EOG. Some work when you're only dying or low on heal and the others being beneficial no matter the situation. I prefer arts that work and help out when I'm at 100% health and lower vs an art that only works when I'm dying or dead
Yup I totally agree that’s why I have them all so I can swap arts depending on what I’m doing. Also I get very bored doing the same thing over and over again, so I create different load-outs and specs, whilst using different artifacts. When I’m doing easy stuff I like running eog, mystic and clarion. When it comes to more challenging stuff I run LPW, EMP and Manacles.
On my Earth Tank i rank Mystic #1 and Lasso #2 and Manacle #3 and EOG #4. Why i rank Lasso #2 cause Earth Tank pull ability makes the enemies become immune and it with be a huge problem, with Lasso only 1 will become immune so no big deal plus Lasso can heal you base on damage done by yourself and others.
Mystic Symbol of seven says it increases healing received by 10% Does this mean that you get bigger heals from Dilustel Refractor and Clarion when using that artifact?
It depends on what you’re doing. If you’re doing very challenging content manacles would work great with pit water. If you’re doing content where the healer is not good, mystic would be better to use with pit. Mystic will help you get more heals especially when there are a lot of adds.
I run the transformation card with circe’s mask and mystic is that ok? Im a fire tank also, i use absorb heat after every shield break for that extra hp

It’s alright but you don’t really need it with fire, because fire tanks just heals so much on it’s own. Spec into dom and resto = beastly heals. You can even run certain raids without a healer.

However sometimes you will die even though lazarus is equipped because some mechanics will kill you regardless of what artifacts you have.

But the heals for Lasso are based on damage done to tethered enemies, so those very low heals in your video are so low because you have no damage hitting those targets. I still don’t like this artifact, but your showcase for it isn’t very helpful.
@@Gaming-Prodigy It's not based only on the damage you do, but all damage done by your group. You get 2% of all damage back in heals. Even a mediocre healer can do 30k d/s. What's 2% of that? 600 heals per second. Now add in good DPS'. I agree it's not something I would use in elite. To me it's a redundant artifact because tanks already have a pull. However, I just think you could have presented what its best potential is, even if it's not ideal.
The heals are very bad and not worth even considering. I am not sure if you play DCUO. But the way you are talking makes me think that you don’t. I suggest trying out the test server because it’s free and you can level up the artifact. And who knows probably you will fall in love with DCUO like I did.

I've already stated I don't use it, and I don't promote it's use, especially in elite. Just because I explained how it works doesn't mean I'm a fan of it, and it doesn't mean I didn't like your video. It's just not an artifact that can be presented well in solo use.
It only prevents one shots based on moves that do a lot of a damage. For example in survival mode manta’s heat vision would one shot the player that was targeted. Groups used amazonian deflection or manacles to prevent taking all that damage at once, so they could survive instead of being one shotted. There are two types of one shots in dcuo: 1. Scripted one shots, where you get one shotted if you or the group don’t do a mechanic, for eg. a mechanic such as blocking. A current example of this is in the command ship elite, when brainiac skulls you need to block and if you don’t you die to the damage inflicted from his data spikes. 2. One shots based on vast amounts of incoming damage, where the healer or page’s artifact revivify mechanics is not able heal you quickly enough to prevent you from getting one shotted. An example of this is the brainiac clap mechanic in the elite raid. You can survive the clap if you have a shield, you block or if you have the manacles equipped. Brainiac Clap hits very hard but it is not a scripted one shot, you can still survive it sometimes.

Not ideal for elite you are not going to be doing damage as as tank also as you”ll be taking more damage as everything will be tethered to you

Manacles is a joke, its only good for 5 sec and won't save you from 1 shot, its worthless
