J pod & L87 and K pod travel Puget Sound southbound. Filmed from Vashon Island, first bit from Dilworth (NOAA research boat is under permit) but primarily filmed from Point Robinson. Video full of much orca beauty & activity, including sweet segments of baby J49 (4:15)!

I saw these pods from the 12:50 ferry about as we made our way to West Seattle. It is always amazing to see them. They are such majestic creatures.

whales outta captivity, ill admit ive watched shamu and think its amazing, but u don't take a whale from its family or the ocean and make them an attraction!!!!!!
