Thank you for this. When doing the pi-selection, it calls an ael function 'reduce_data_conditionally'. That did not come with the 7zads. Could you please point to it? Thanks Frederik
Hi, It's all working for me. You need to register for Keysight Knowledge Center if you are a supported Keysight customer with having valid ADS license then only you can access these links. If you still see the problem then contact your local/regional technical support: 1. edadocs.software.keysight.com/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=eesofkcads&title=Running+Load+Pull+Simulations+in+ADS 2. edadocs.software.keysight.com/display/eesofkcads/How+to+Specify+the+Loads+Graphically+When+Running+a+Load+Pull+Simulation 3. edadocs.software.keysight.com/display/eesofkcads/How+to+Run+Sequential+and+X-dB+Gain+Compression+Load+Pull+Simulations
Hi Zhe, Links are working for me quite well. Sometimes direct link may not work and you open a new browser window and copy/paste the links else you can open Knowledge Center page and then search for suitable topics.
Hi Gaurav, Links are working fine for me. If clicking on the link is not working directly, could you try copy/paste the link preferably in Chrome browser, and let me know if it works?

Hello sir Could you please send a link on how to determine the 1dB compression point of PA using ADS. I know its physical implications but don’t know how to determine the exact point on ADS. I cross checked your videos but didn’t come across it.
Unfortunately we don't have access to Keysight files. Do you have other method to select best Zs/ZL resulted from Load Pull? I made a simulation of AFT09MS15 and my transistor Zs value is far away from datasheet specification. It has capacitive reactance behaivour (-jX) instead of inductive (+jX), at best PAE or best Pout. Also, please explain us how to design an amplifier above the maximum frequency specificated by datasheet, for example 1.3GHz instead of 870MHz, where the Zs/ZL are unknown.
Hi, If you don't have advanced templates for LoadPull then you can make use of what's provided in the LoadPull designguide, just that you might need to do manual stuff on your side as needed. Its not recommended to use specific transistor above vendor guideline, although you can always simulate non-linear model above the max frequency but data might be questionable as vendors usually don't correlate the data above recommended ranges so proceed at your risk or select another device for the needed freq range.
@@BhargavaAnurag Thank you for answer. Unfortunately is difficult to find 12V transistor for 1.3GHz, almost all devices are specified until 870MHz. All the best!
@@PastoriciciRobertYO4HFU In that case, it is always recommended to get in touch with the vendor to see if they have any characterization data near your recommended range. Alternative could be using GaN, while it is 28V device but can be operated on 12V with slightly different gain and efficiency numbers but it would be better choice in my view instead of using 870 MHz device at 1.3 GHz unless you hear from device vendor otherwise.
Hi Sir,excuse me, i have a question that I can't download the sample workspace of the template shown in this tutorial from the Keysight Knowledge Center. I don't know why.
if you don't have template then you will need to write tons of equation which might be impractical. In that case you can stick to normal load pull and still you would be able to do PA design
Hello Sir, how can I use use DAC component to denote port impedence in S_para and Transient ,in which the frequency are not a fixed value. How could I send printscreen of my design, Please help me find the problem.
If you have valid support contract with Keysight and created Knowledge Center login then you shouldn't have any issues. If it still is the case then contact your local Keysight tech support team for help.
Outstanding job. 🙂
Thank you! Cheers!

It should be inside the workspace already. Pls contact Keysight tech support for help: support@keysight.com
Sir, the links to download the workspace seem to be unavailable.

Thanks for your helpful tutorial about loadpull! I do not have access to the shared workspace, could you please share these files to me by email?
