Did u have to modify your shock covers for your pack removal. I bought a voyager with no tour pack and the shock covers are missing

Does that 21 inch front wheel change the handling.

its only a 19" but yes it does change the handling- its a little more tipsy in a u turn ( but i hope to increase tire size when this on is wore out

There are several companies that make ready to install kits - chucksters, roaring toyz etc. I used a Harley intake off of Amazon and built my own adaptor.
