All BEVLES Heated Holding Cabinets are designed to hold hot products at the desired holding temperature. They accomplish this through patented air and humidity systems that force heated, moist air laterally across each level of the cabinet from side mounted air-flow ducts.

NOTE: There are dents on the door, but the door closes and seals great.
