I have birdbath similar to the one in your video. I love the plant growing in it and think your visiting birds like it too. Can you tell me what it is? I would love to get some for my birdbath. I live in a very cold climate in Oregon USA so I need something hardy. Thank you in advance.
The plant in the birdbath itself is actually just moss from my garden which helps to keep the water clean, The bath is in the centre of a bush (not sure what it is!) which sometimes grows over the bath. I'm not much help as I'm a terrible gardener! Moss is certainly quite hardy and I'm sure you have your own versions in the U.S. I have thought of using the plants available for home aquariums for providing oxygen but decided to save money by using what was readily available!

That’s how they do sun bath by spreading their wings
maybe cooling off, they generally spread like that on the grass on an ants nest the ants spray formic acid which in turns kills the parasites
