We call this one Chicken Popcorn in the Woods. I asked Chef Jean Pierre, who's channel is the same name and he's a Michelin 5 star chef, from when it was 5 stars, and he answered. He said as he lives in the city, NYC, where he has his restaurant, that he only gets delivered and doesn't forage. He said he only knows chanterelles and morels to pick so has no recipes to make for fungi. Oh well, you seem to be doing a fine job either way 👍
