Remember there are social media managers at most companies so they check the social media reactions hence if commentators accuse you of being bias you will be called into office for review and be advised as to how to improve (is part of KPI's) failure to change or being professional then it can amount to dismissal

I would have thought that Mr Swana would have made an effort to know the history of where the DA came from BEFORE stating any opinion about what their moral values are. Look, ANC say we are engaging with various political parties but do not put forward impeachment of Ramaphosa and the same parties which believed there was wrong doing about phalaphala not they voted for him and had signed agreement on supporting the elected against any further impeachment on a card of maintaining stability. Now you tell me if that is not about protecting Ramaphosa. The real flip flop pill forced down the throat of engaged political parties.

Unpopular opinion: there is no muscle memory of running a modern, complex economy in any liberation movement that existed anywhere on the African continent simply because there was never a cultural history of that being done. If the ANC is clever it will stay in charge of the country by playing popular politics, within reason, and let the technocrats in the DA run the state.

It's not the standard of education - it's the lack of interest by African people in schools.
I went to school with a majority of Africans and ~40% of them eventually dropped out and 40% of those 60% (that stayed in school), chose easy subjects that wouldn't get them far after matric. Keep in mind that this was in a top notch school I went to.
Only like 20% of that 60% made it and completed matric with an equivalent pass to my own.
I'm an engineer today, so let's not blame the schools, it's a culture that needs to be changed and it doesn't help when the MK and EFF encourages unlawfulness.
A lot of Africans I've spoken to actually believe that education is a "white man's thing", so they don't value education at all.
