hi hannah! i've been watching your videos for years and i'm more of a silent viewer but i came here to say that your videos inspired and helped me a lot! i keep thinking back to your two videos titled "getting out of a rut is not linear" and how that line really stuck with me. ever since that first video, i think its been about a year now, i've been doing a lot better bc i stopped being so hard on myself for "failing" at being my best version all the time. you helped me realize that i dont have to be the perfectly aesthetic clean girl or whatever pinterest would call her all the time and i'm so grateful and thankful to have discovered your channel all those years ago! thank you for being you ❤
For the mold in the bathroom: I use bleach and brush it, then go with soap and water and brush it again. It works really well. But because the bathroom is a very humid space, it will come back but not as fast. Hope this help!
Vinegar actually kills mold better than bleach does!
Ironically, I watched/listened to this video while deep cleaning my apartment, so it couldn’t have come at more perfect timing haha. I genuinely always look forward to watching your videos every Sunday.

the progress you achived from the first Q1 to this one is just so amazing that it gives you/me hope that you can also make good change in a short period of time and that things will get better with time.
plus a small tip regarding dinner, since you are more able to cook breakfast and lunch easily and you find dinner not that easy , try to meal prep only dinner, that would help not doordashing much and takes the difficulty of thinking about dinner.

My mould tips are to wipe down the water on the floor after a shower, leave the bathroom door open after a shower to let the steam out and try a dehumidifier!

About the therapy section: I recently started again and dreaded hashing out all of my past again. I asked them to have very specific therapy for my current problems. We didn’t start at the beginning but slowly got there during the sessions.
Maybe you can ask them to use this approach? You get to test out your therapist a bit before deep diving.

I just started therapy myself. I was also really reluctant. It hasn’t “changed my life” like a lot of people say. But I think it has started a lot of positive habits and helped me identify things that I normally wouldn’t. It is only less than an hour and I do it virtually! I definitely recommend. As you said starting is the hardest! But as you probably realize most things we procrastinate on and are anxious about aren’t as bad as we thought 😊 so excited you have reached a lot of your goals and have a whole half of the year to do more! 🤍
