Hahahahahaha well he THINKS he's well enough to use the leaf blower. Bob is a go getter, he never stops moving and this resting to heal business is driving him nuts! Jackson handles all the outdoor stuff, and Andrew handles all the indoor stuff. My boys have been a tremendous help to us, we are so proud of them!

I always try to do the ICAD challenge, but I drift off after awhile and then get frustrated with myself for not finishing it. I love do ICADS, like SO much, so I don't know why I can't finish hahahhahaa! I'll give it another go this year, because I do really enjoy it. I can do it!!

Thank you Phoebe!! Bob is doing so well, I'm honestly shocked how well he's recovering at home. Now the hard part is keeping him from going stir crazy and doing things he should be doing hahahaha. Yesterday he slept most of the day, which is very unusual for him. I reminded him to listen to his body and that he's recovering right now, and his body needs the rest. However it's also important for him to move around as well. All in all, hes doing great!
YEah, I wish I could give you some good suggestions on how to keep him "safely" entertained.... but.... I don't have anything good... 😕 But I'm glad he's recovering well.

Hey girl hey!! Oh Heather...I'm so glad we found eachother, I just adore you!! I always look forward to your comments, and we are so much alike, but also different in other areas and I love that! I love May May, and I totally remember the recipe book you're talking about! She is so creative and explains her directions so incredibly well. You totally should make one for each of your animals!! I want to do that too. I think it would be fun to even document things they've done, whether it's funny, smart, cute, etc. Things that we sometimes forget they did over time. Bob is doing so well! He slept most of the day yesterday, but I reminded him that his body is healing and it needed it. He's getting antsy. He's not used to not doing things, he is very much a man that likes to stay busy. Love this! Yes please giveaway! My husband is 5 weeks post hernia repair surgery and he was and is all over the place. I threatened him with, Do you want to go back and do this over because you in such a hurry you didn’t heal? He finally got it. Glad your hubby is on the mend!
Hahahhaaa I only laugh because I've used that same threat!! MEN! That will be Bobs next surgery. His hernia was too bad for them to fix when he was in surgery for his colon. So he will need a mesh inserted as well. Ugh..poor guy. I hope your hubby continues to heal and feels so much better with out that hernia!
Nicole i absolutely love this - i love folios with lots of tucks and flips lol - 🤗- and to do it in black and white was a great idea - what a fun video - thank you and i have a quick funny lol - a few years ago i watched someone make a Folio - she used a Score Board and got all score lines done in 7 minutes - well - i don't have a score board - and with a ruler and pencil it took me 2 hours 🤣🤣- this would be a fantastic giveaway item - and please tell Bob no leaf blowing - not yet xx

Im still warching, but question, so whats the benefit of that scoring board? I get ehat you're doing, but is it easier or any more necessary than just folding? Ive seen you use it maybe one other time before. But ive been curious if its worth the purchase.
Great question! The answer for me would be yes, it's totally worth it. You do not get the same amount of precise measurements when simply folding it. I use it more than you think. Sometimes I cut that part out of the video. Not everyone feels the need to have one, but I couldn't live with out it.
What do you do if you don’t have that platform to make the score lines. (I’m sure it has a name but I don’t know what it is called.). Since I might only use it one time, I don’t want to buy one. Thanks.
Hi Ellen! Great question! The item you're referring to is called a Score Board. You can use the back of a butter knife and a ruler to make your score lines. Or a ruler and a bone folder.

That is a great idea! However I don’t have an XL laminator to do it. I do have a video where I laminated a cover for a glue book but it’s smaller than this one🩷

I am pretty new to your channel! I saw this project in the Vintage but stopped watching to find this one on how to make it. I just love love love it. I’m not that experienced but I am going to try to make one as a gift. Oh I am so excited, think I will have to make a few of these. TFS!

I’m glad I found you when I did.. also I live may may I made a recipe book of hers out of a composition book and I even got and used the same paper as her because I loved it that much.. I’m glad you heard me on those last papers before you glued it I was saying no you don’t want those 2 patterns next to each other 😂😂.. too funny also I’m thinking of making that and to one for each of my animals you gave me a good idea lol thanks.. hope Bob is going good and not using that leaf blower 😂😂.. poor guy.. thanks for showing us this lol.. yes yes yes I know I’d love to get this from you if I won.. plz thanks 💜💜✌️
Hey girl hey!! Oh Heather...I'm so glad we found eachother, I just adore you!! I always look forward to your comments, and we are so much alike, but also different in other areas and I love that! I love May May, and I totally remember the recipe book you're talking about! She is so creative and explains her directions so incredibly well. You totally should make one for each of your animals!! I want to do that too. I think it would be fun to even document things they've done, whether it's funny, smart, cute, etc. Things that we sometimes forget they did over time. Bob is doing so well! He slept most of the day yesterday, but I reminded him that his body is healing and it needed it. He's getting antsy. He's not used to not doing things, he is very much a man that likes to stay busy. I have to keep my eyes on him lol!!! The boys have stepped up and helped us so much! Jackson takes care of all the outside stuff and Andrew takes care of indoor stuff. We are so proud of them!

Love this! Yes please giveaway! My husband is 5 weeks post hernia repair surgery and he was and is all over the place. I threatened him with, Do you want to go back and do this over because you in such a hurry you didn’t heal? He finally got it. Glad your hubby is on the mend!
Hahahhaaa I only laugh because I've used that same threat!! MEN! That will be Bobs next surgery. His hernia was too bad for them to fix when he was in surgery for his colon. So he will need a mesh inserted as well. Ugh..poor guy. I hope your hubby continues to heal and feels so much better with out that hernia!

Nicole i absolutely love this - i love folios with lots of tucks and flips lol - 🤗- and to do it in black and white was a great idea - what a fun video - thank you and i have a quick funny lol - a few years ago i watched someone make a Folio - she used a Score Board and got all score lines done in 7 minutes - well - i don't have a score board - and with a ruler and pencil it took me 2 hours 🤣🤣- this would be a fantastic giveaway item - and please tell Bob no leaf blowing - not yet xx

Im still warching, but question, so whats the benefit of that scoring board? I get ehat you're doing, but is it easier or any more necessary than just folding? Ive seen you use it maybe one other time before. But ive been curious if its worth the purchase.
Great question! The answer for me would be yes, it's totally worth it. You do not get the same amount of precise measurements when simply folding it. I use it more than you think. Sometimes I cut that part out of the video. Not everyone feels the need to have one, but I couldn't live with out it.

What do you do if you don’t have that platform to make the score lines. (I’m sure it has a name but I don’t know what it is called.). Since I might only use it one time, I don’t want to buy one. Thanks.
Hi Ellen! Great question! The item you're referring to is called a Score Board. You can use the back of a butter knife and a ruler to make your score lines. Or a ruler and a bone folder.

That is a great idea! However I don’t have an XL laminator to do it. I do have a video where I laminated a cover for a glue book but it’s smaller than this one🩷
