I’m 18 in a week and i know i’m still a teenager but it means i’m a legal adult and i’ve never felt less of an adult. I’m so scared, i’ve never wanted to be a child more in my life lol. But it helps you’ve been so vocal about being nervous about becoming 20 and it just shows that i’m not alone and that you can be any age and be afraid to grow up. Hi ava, you might have already figured it out, but just in case not I want to help. In case you're feeling letargic or huge fatigue before you wake up consider the following: 1) Poor diet 2) Lack of exercise 3) Lack of fresh air 4) Lack of socialization 5) Menstrual period (depends on where you are at (e.g. ovulation, period is coming soon etc.)) 6) Weather change 7) Allergies 8) Anxiety BUT! Don't be disheartened by any of these. There are some other pointers but I can't remember all of them. Those usually effect my physical health when I wake up. I recommend drinking some herbal teas, using some essential oils and giving yourself a message or putting some next to your pillow and keeping yourself motivated as much as possible. Eat a bit less as your body tends to tire itself out with metabolism and eat more veggies and fruits to cleanse your body. Doing a nice detox can help boost your energy levels and sky rocket! For anyone else who is reading, thank you for taking your time, I hope you feel better and I hope that you can research further into what I am proposing! Take care of yourself.
