Makes you wonder why companies don't just do this in the first place as an insert...

Personally, I chose to use the LaserOx wooden organizer that includes expansion space. The criticisms for wooden organizers are totally valid- weight, expense, labor - but I really like the organization it provides.
The main thing I like about this over the laserox is that it's easier to see your leaders.

Dude! I just got my copy of the ZenBins Rebellion inserts: it's awesome! Very impressed. Was a lot of fun organizing the game's components in the crafted compartments. Everything fits well and the plastic is very sturdy and light. Highly recommend!

I got the expansion box and split that in half, stuck empire stuff in one with the plastic bags for cards, and the other box half for the rebel stuff, then both place nicely into the box, as long as I don't then it upside down which can't imagine it would, everything fits nicely in there

Thanks for the review Sam! I ordered these from MM a few days ago and they'll be here next week, so glad I made the right call!

These came in and holy crap are they awesome! I set up a game in literally 2 minutes and used the trays to manage pieces throughout. This adds a ton to the gameplay experience and I recommend it for any fan of this game!

True dat. If I were buying SW Rebellion, I would look for these. Lightweight, tidy, unobtrusive. Kudos to Sam for the review and to the makers for the product!

That looks so much better than all those bags of mini's, chits and standees.

Thanks Sam! I just ordered mine. :) their web site says there is some room for expansions on the top try. So that's cool.

I have a few Plano boxes for mine. Rebels and Empire each get their own, plus a small one for the tokens. Plus I have deck boxes for each side's cards.
It makes setup so simple. Each side just grabs their own Plano. Neither take up much room on the table

Thanks for doing this review! I ordered these inserts when I ordered the game. Very excited! (Ordering from CSI it was cheaper for both than the msrp of the game)

Do you know what has really been working for me? Dollar Store mini plastic bins with lids. It cost me what almost 3 dollars including tax to get my Rebellion outfitted. The little bins get the lids taken off and they take up minimal space on the table during play which I value alot. This recipe of using dollar store bins has work well with C&C Napoleonics, Star Trek Ascendancy, Imperial Settlers, Fields of Green and Game of Thrones 2nd Edition. But I do appreciate the review. So many great storage solutions these days. I really like Battlefoam but the shipping and exchange rate makes it hard to justify when these small bins work so well.

$17 on Black Friday deal at miniature market. I also have the expansion and you can fit everything with no problems.

I bought mini plastic containers from IKEA to replace all of my plastic bags, but this looks like its worth checking out.

The only negative I might see is that the plastic trays might take up a lot of room on the table

No assembly is also a bonus in my book.

I went with feldherr inserts for Rebellion because I painted the minis

Sam - you said there is enough room around the edges of the cards to accommodate sleeves, but are the trays deep enough to account for the additional sleeve thickness? Also, did you end up mounting your ships on bases?

Do you think the components will spill out of the trays if you store the box on its Side Edge?

They look good in there but I'm pretty sure they'd face the same fate that my plastic inserts to Mechanics vs Minions faced. After a few plays I pulled them all out and replaced them with my own box storage because I got sick of having to pull out every tray just to play. They just take up too much space on the table and are a bit of a hassle.

Awesome inserts... A) Fantasy Flight- pony up, lose the trough, and include this with the game ala Mechs vs Minions. B) One problem with these trays- no room for the INEVITABLE expansions or add-on dice.

Can you supply a link where to buy them and the official website, as I can't find them for toffee on the interwebs!

22 bucks from Miniature market. its not unreasonable, especially with no assembly required.

i bought these and did not like them because there is no lid and I transport it on it's side. So I bought fishing bait boxes and work better, were cheaper and I have room for the expansion
