I noticed two different things between this and the next part. The first is the effect of the blows. Look here when you hit the character. You as a player feel the hit. Now go and look at the trailer for the next part. It does not give the same feeling. The second is the ki blows here you fell its powerful in the next part you fell it You just push the character
