A good lesson in general as it teaches the LH and wrist to remain relaxed and light.

I had the the Albert Ammonds bass line on my list to practice and did it with this technique. It's way easier than what I did before!

This is helpful . Thank you so much ! I have tenderness at the base of my thumb. I feel it’s a strain injury. I have also had neck spasm after playing. We need your lessons to correct hand position and posture to avoid injury and fatigue. 🇿🇦😊

I get a bit of discomfort these days in the first joint on my little finger (next to fingernail), so I'm keen to reduce any undue punishment. Will try this.

Thanks Phil! Yes give this a try for a couple weeks and see if it helps. No paper copy of the N.O. Book in the works… however it is available on Kindle on Amazon now. There is not much overlap at all with the BW book except for general principals of hand independence.

I changed hearing aid components which I do once a month. Your piano was on one channel and voice on another. So I got it to work and could rewatch. Thanks for the LH tips!!
