Thank you for your lovely comment! (I thought my “dreamy” moon painting would fit the subject of the video) 😊

I really like that painting style you have. I think it's unique. That "Wind Swept" you did is awesome.

Thanks for enjoying it!!! (and that “Wind Swept” painting process was tough to film, I’m glad it worked out in the end 😊)

This is such a valuable lesson you have taught in this video! I am fortunate because when I was much younger, I was a professional musician and vocalist for 12.5 years. In order to play keyboards and sing at the same time, I had to breathe properly and I had to learn to train my "muscle memory" to function at optimal energy levels while remaining relaxed and flowing with the music. When I first started painting again (December 2021) it came naturally for all those energy centres to work together just as they did when I was performing music. I just finished a painting today and I felt energized and uplifted by it, which I believe is how I should be feeling - regardless of the outcome. Good, bad, in-between don't concern me. I learn something valuable from each piece and love the entire process. Even more - I end a painting feeling more inspired and energized. I hope many more people will watch this video because it will make such a huge difference in all of us who pursue an artwork journey, whether professionally or as a hobbyist. Thank you, Anastasia!

Wow, thank you for sharing your background and experience! Balancing out your energy while performing music is such a great example of this process working outside of visual art. I love that when you bring it into painting, even if a piece isn't "quite there" yet, the energy boost you get from the process just makes you eager to dive back in again and keep refining. Wishing you many more enriching creative hours / days / years!

@@AnastasiaMakArt Thank you for your kind response. I see creativity everywhere (even plumbing, for example) and it just fills me with awe that people bring what they have learned into visual arts as well. Your lovely video encapsulated this perfectly! Thank you, too, for the warmth of your wish that I may enjoy more creativity in whatever time still lies ahead for me. Yesterday you fed my spirit and today you nourished my heart. You are awesome!
