The Varner 2 has more ankle support and less grip. The bend more in the arch/midway part of your foot and they’re a little lighter. The aggressors are a little heavier but have the best grip you can buy. The become some of the most comfortable shoes you will wear but it will take a little while to break them in. Aggressors are a little bit more durable too. Personally it depends on how I’m feeling that day and what the mat conditions are. I wear these a lot on normal or slippery mats and the Varners on normal or grippier mats.
1analyst they won’t last very long but you should never wear your wrestling shoes outside or if you aren’t wrestling. It’s easy to pick up dirt and debris from the ground and transfer it onto the mats. Doing this will promote bacteria growth and can lead to more skin infections for you, your team, and other wrestlers
@@masonschmoekel2484 Ok it´s good to know and sounds logic so if one day I try wrestling I´ll remember your advice know I´m just a huge UFC fan XD but I always thought wrestling shoes were so stylish. Thanks for taking the time.
what do you like better these or the varner 2 and why ??
