It's absolutely unbelievable to comprehend the fact that with what primative computer technology NASA had in 1969, they were able to land the Eagle on the moon. Especially, when you take inconsideration that even with today's advanced technology it is a monumental feat to land a rocket safely back on terra firma.
Most computers like the UNIVAC 105O-II, required a structure the size of a small house in 1969.
We all can thank JFK initiative to get our rocket program going back then, even after he was assassinated.
It was also Eisenhower's initiative to get the highways in our country on course to meet the American needs.
Finally Biden got us back on track with that.
Hard to get a rocket off the ground if you can't deliver parts to it in crumbling roads and bridges.
