These guys are blowing kids half their ages out of the water with their stamina, propensity for loud n high tempo Rock n Roll beat n almost an hour n a half show with more than a dozen songs.
It was a reunion for the proper Quo fans who bought the albums, and not just the singles and greatest hits lp’s. Great to hear them play these songs live again, instead of doing a “let’s just cash in and play our hits” tour. A very cool way to do a reunion, and a great way to justify it. Brilliant guys 👍

Status Quo toured the USA in 1975-76. Saw them 3 times as a warm up band. They were unknown in the States except for Pictures of Matchstick men. and that was 1967! Anyways, they rocked and rocked and rocked. I loved them! Bought several of their albums and was a fan club of one in Detroit. God Love Them!

I can't help but feel they are the best lineup, the original 4 The energy and harmonies with voices VS instruments is just special. . I saw them late 70s, the height of their true rock days. I grew up with them and to this date they rock my boat. Thanks for this Jrwel.

Rock snobs can say what they want about the music being simple. I say YEP thats right, straight ahead rock and they were one of the tightest bands ever live IMO. Kick ass is what they were!
You know... hmm. everyone loves Rick... met him twice, great, but Lancaster actually gave some much more that I ever realized to the "real Quo sound" that we all loved.
They were stupendously unique. I'm thankful to have lived through the same period of these guys. Thank you Quo. Still going to your concerts, still loving and rocking to true greats.
I was a big fan in the early seventies and the first opportunity I had to see them live, was in Halle Munsterland when working in Germany, an epic night.
Without Alan Status Quo was less Status Quo, he was such a personality, we loved the frantic four, no keyboards but much rock, popularity brings money but kills the creativity and excitement
Everyone watching this can feel honored. These guys had to dodge many bullets of life to get here. And still sound the same as 40 years ago. I was privileged to see them live in the 80s. One of my best live shows ever. Never forgot it and to now see them in HD. Phenomenal!! These guys do not try to be good. They have been there and done it. They are good in their sleep. Stuff that they have long forgotten most artists still need to learn.

So sad to read about the passing of Alan this day and so glad they made this reunion. I didnt know Alan suffered from Multiple Sclerosis it makes it even more impressive that he made this tour. Thank you for the music.

I was 16 in 77 and this fucking band changed my life....
With the passing of Rick and Malcom Young the two hardest hitters of the strings on rhythm there was r gone,
