They said I could have any house I wanted. I chose the nicest, medium sized, most excessively customizable one. Will definitely need to see if I can get this one.
I love this place!! I've downloaded it, and I'm keeping it! I chose the attic bedroom for myself. Got most everything I need in that area. Great house, great customization! And it's one of the best houses I've seen, and one of the only posh home that don't crash when I enter. Fantastic!!!

Just found it this morning and spent 5 or 6 hours moving in and playing with the decorations. Still going to spend another hour or two tomorrow transferring and alphabetizing my library from among all my other homes, LOL.
Wow,just Wow! 25:26 long and eager to see what you were gunna find next! Holy cow,talk about a bargain of th3 4th era! I need this home! Some rooms I do wish they had more wall lights but that's me super not picking if I had to. But overall tbis is a perfect home! I think the bedroom overlooking the great hall was the master bedroom. Would be awkward though when you wanted "fun time" though and had guests eating in the great hall! 😂😂😂oi boi that would be something 😳

Well i also call it "Westmarch Manor" as Haafingar Hall is basically the newer, even bigger and more expensive version of "Eastmarch Manor" (next to Windhelm) or have alook at the much smaller, but still very versatile and rather "cheap"(only 3.500Gold) "Lake Ilinalta Retreat" or the Open World aka 'No Load Door' "Lake Ilinalta Shack" in its place or for the DBH Fellows the "Assassins Sanctuary" as they are made by the same Author. ;) So go and have a look at them aswell! :) (Dunno if they are all available on XBone tho, as im on PC)

I finally gave in today after a decade of playing without and Haafingar Hall was my second pickup, after the unofficial patch. I thought that I loved Proudspire and Lakeside Manors before now, but I was wrong, LOL.
Absolutely TREMENDOUS home - one of the best at Ryant1Realty (Skyrim's # 1 Property Agent 4 years running) - Better than Sjel Blad in that its certainly more user friendly. What it lacks in grand scale the house makes up for in Customize options. 23k septims might seem a little STEEP but seriously with the FINISH on this house. The Mod author only having 4 mods is REALLY SUS. It looks like it was put together by a frustrated Video game Dev. Those extra enchanting tables? Holy CRAP. Absolutely BEST house you've done since the Showcases returned. Well done Chum. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ik this will be an unpopular opinion but after playing with this house and castle sjel bllad (might have messed up the name) I feel like this beats the castle by a long shot

Great House but too open and unprotected.also the weapon plaques and stands do not hold anything.placing your weapon or shield only result in it laying on the floor when u re.enter house.amors on mannequins all vanish

It doesn't really have one. There are a few large bedrooms, including 2 different attic rooms, but none of them are definitely a "master" room.

Get your hands on a copy of the Transmute spell and Septims become very easy to accumulate.
