In my newest video, I talk about real estate's latest approval for 2.5 billion in second mortgages, which could cover 1/4 of US households. The idea is they know that many people are running out of spending money, so they would offer you to tap your equity for a loan to keep you afloat for more time. The problem is that it is not a real solution and could cause many to ultimately lose their homes. Also, I talk about a number of other stories in this video. In Ohio our property taxes doubled, along with the selling price of our home. We didnt even update it. They are going to take homes from people b/c people wont be able to pay the double taxes.

I lost my W-2 job in January. I still haven't found anything in my field but I have been doing gig work which is 1099 contract work. You could try apps like Spark, Instacart, Doordash, Uber, etc until you find something you want. I make more doing this kind of work but it's not what I went to college for. It's still income though.
Can you imagine that the govt would not only pay incentives to businesses to employ ppl who are un docu men ted new citizens but also fining companies if they employ native born citizens ????? Already part of the deal with these new citizens they are pledging their agreement to follow a certain party to guarantee that party wins near the end of the year. Also while native citizens are getting kicked off wel fare to pay for the new citizens to get virtually double the normal wel fare of native citizens as well as having loads of fringe extra benefits.

My mortgage is with Chase. It went up by 1k a month! When I called they blamed it on the escrow but my insurance went down a few bucks for 2024 after its increase in 2023. My taxes stayed about the same. They didn't do the 2023 escrow correctly I believe to account for the increase in 2023. I'm lucky to be able to afford the extra costs but I bet many could not. I believe it could have been handled better and am suspicious of it. I wonder if others had the same problem?
