- With the collaboration of Leroy Street Studio and Brook Landscape, Olivia Song has created an oasis for her husband and two young boys in the renovation of their 1840 townhouse in Cobble Hill, with a climbing wall, moon light fixtures and a two-story bookshelf.

@@MTMF.london they say in the beginning the home was put together by a development team (architects and interior designers). With her money, the designers shes paying for are actual designers with one of a kind designs, from private design studios.

She owns a design consultancy and sits on the board of a few prestigious museums. She is also an investor. The fact that another woman must tear another woman down makes me sick. They only did this video because she designed the house, not because she is rich.

Fits well into my space, I painted the back green. It's very easy to customize just the back if that's something you want to do. I would suggest sanding it first before painting, I got a little impatient. I like the snug look that it has. Good small shelf if you don't have much space, but not too small. Simple to put together, though you'll need your own tools, a screwdriver and a mallet/hammer, it's easiest to do with another person.
Love your home I'm a book lover so the book shelf is outstanding. That mirror words cannot express how much I love it. What a blessing to have such a beautiful home and children.
Simple understated art. That movable mirror and that moon lighting are divine. I would love such a light in my house but $4,900 is way over, what my meager checks can afford.
I too loved the mirror and moon light. The Chinese knockoff I found had substandard wiring. Oops. Hard to be plebian. Lucky I am artistic and also good at finding lovely stuff.

I love the book shelf idea, that would be so much fun growing up and would encourage kids to want to read in this world filled with technology. My mum’s afraid of heights though, and I can just imagine her reaction having to climb to get those books 👌👌😂😂 She would constantly make me come over to get the cook books for her. 😂

She mentioned having a black kitchen. But it has a very deep green tone to it. Which is enormously better. I always tell my clients that they should consider a very dark hue (a tone nearly black) instead of an actual black. Baseboards and outdoor shutters always look better when painted a very dark gray (almost black).

what i liked most is you could tell she was really, really involved in the renovation process. she knew everything about her house and was very comfortable explaining the details. not all homeowners can do that but the fact that she can makes me feel good about her living in and truly appreciating her space.
