I was about to buy one of these until I realized it would be a pointless waste of money since there's no ammo available for it and they don't care if you get a working, useable product or not. It'd be a glorified club.
One year later, just bought one of these hand picked and am quite happy. After Bidenflation and all kinds of stupid in the world this was still a great buy. I give props to CF for not wasting time for the haters, but I'll help. These are 100 year old rifles. Clean it before you blab about the bore being smooth. I just got one of these it took two and a half months to get and it's hammered shit it doesn't look anything like what they're selling here I contacted them and they said they all look like that my two buddies that were definitely waiting to look at mine before they bought one that are definitely not buyers
I just bought one of these and am looking forward to getting out to the range, I had the most difficult time buying the ammo. I ended up buying the one I found 200rounds for 210$ after tax and shipping,,
I am looking for a mount adapter for a scope.
What's the difference between this model and the Kennedy model..
How hard would it be to convert it to Creedmoor?
@Kasey Turchin
Even simpler if I get a answer to the question lol
Pretty sure it was mentioned that creedmoor is a way higher pressure... so probably a bad idea?
Bought one!!
Me too
citrus737 i hate to bother you but have you ordered ammo yet? I just ordered some 123 gr from sgammo. Some have stated it is the wrong size and requires the 139 gr. Know anything about that?
@@jeffsnider7842 well shit I ordered the same you did
Just ordered one
Show the bore
Bore was complete shit on the 2 I bought from them. Surplus is done
That's what I suspected
I'm a long time customer of Classic Firearms and a fan of it's unboxing videos. There's just one thing I really dislike though. The HIDEOUS entry "music" at the start of your videos! Have a nice day.
That dark one looks like someone got bored on post lol
I can tell you from "experience" you want a MP-18 in a trench or don't bother even moving around in them with bad guys around any corner.
Just ordered my M-91, added select cost. Gonna have some fun at the sight in range. I am looking at original bullet diameter VS new production reloading bullets. Seems original bullet diameter is a bit greater in diameter. Purchased some ammo from AIM supply. I will repost when I receive the factory ammo. Will pull bullets and weigh the powder charge, bullet weight, and check diameter. I was told this would not make a good deer rifle??? We will see. I got a killer price from Classic, will be sending range data and chrono averages on factory ammo. Need to find a scope mount. Will not be using the original scopes from Japan! Any hot links on scope mounts let me know. 9545 WOLFPAC 10/8
@@youravrageitaliandude6016 e lo so
These are $20 cheaper from literally everyone else selling these, come on
Literally $20 more, you mean. Still a quite fair price, though.
I think the 200ish bucks is a fair enough price. Though I personally wouldn't buy it from these guys. Just search around your local set of pawn shops you'd be surprised what gems they hide.
Finding ammo was not a problem. Had one in my cart ready to buy and went to look for clips. The only place that had them wants $39.99 for four clips. Oh hell no! Not buying now.
The clips are reusable......
Also- you can get cheaper reproduction steel enblocs for about 10 bucks
Not sure how good it is per sey- but they are out there
Big F.A.T refurbishment lol
Not on Horseback. On Bicycles...
I had chance to get one of these for under $100. Regret it ever seen.
Well now that you have them for 199.99 🧐🧐🧐🧐
They are very simple rifles, designed for conscripts who had never handled a weapon. Only a small part of the population could afford a rifle.
Got mine in today. What a pile of shit. Rust all over, cleaning rod is missing, bayonet wobbles like a mofo (screw is tightened btw) and looks like crap. I also paid the extra cash to get a hand picked one. That must be a scam because out of 10 random ones out of that inventory you got in you want to say that is the best out of 10? No wonder everybody talks shit about this company. DK was shipping out better quality Carcanos a few weeks back for $250.
At least spell Cavalry correctly
"Cavalry"
*Cavalry
too bad it's a dollar a round...
"Never shot and only dropped once".
Oh, you're a clever one! I bet you eat "freedom fries" too, and think the French never won a battle, right?
I was about to buy one of these until I realized it would be a pointless waste of money since there's no ammo available for it and they don't care if you get a working, useable product or not. It'd be a glorified club.
They are pushing them off cheap to any sucker that wants to throw away their money.
@@occhiodisauron25 originali e funzionanti
Send me one
One year later, just bought one of these hand picked and am quite happy. After Bidenflation and all kinds of stupid in the world this was still a great buy. I give props to CF for not wasting time for the haters, but I'll help. These are 100 year old rifles. Clean it before you blab about the bore being smooth. The last surplus rifle I bought for sub $300 goes for $600 plus now. If you want the full history of a firearm do something unheard of these days called "research", your gun dealer is just trying to sell shyt and make money. Stop crying about people setting prices "too high" when you have no idea what the value of the things you are looking at are. I could probably go further, but.... End of rant.
These sadly are not shooters the ammo is essentially non existent...
Ppu makes ammo for it. Plus you can always reload. You probably get better accuracy. Most carcano ammo is made with .264 bullet when it should .268. but ppu does load some there ammo with .268.
I just bought 200 rounds of this non-existent ammo.😛
Put some funiculi funicula Music and its perfect

Only dropped once. 😈

I can remember when these things were selling for $17. Nobody wanted them. They're trash.
Kennedy would like to know your location lol
Those are ugly rifles
strange! very strange, a lot of them are sold
Well I’m deaf now.
Ugly rifle
it doesn't have to be nice it has to be good !!
You don't look all that handsome yourself.
Amaizing price for this rifle will be 150$ . there is no ammo for this rifle anywhere in US. Wallhanger for 150 bucks.
Ammoseek shows ammo everywhere. You didn't look hard enough. Bigger problem though. Only source for clips is $39.99 for four. Deal breaker in my opinion.
EBay, two clips for $20 and I bought 200 rounds of ammo online, no problem.💥💥💥💥💥
@@citrus737 Still $10 per clip. Not good.
@Chris Ferguson
I get it, they’re not exactly cheap but then again they’re not exactly expensive either.
I bought two as I figure I won’t be shooting this thing a whole lot anyway.
