Hey Guys! The thing I love about using a happy planner is how customizable it is to my life.
I have used other planners like Erin Condren and Passion Planner but I always end up coming back to the Happy Planner because of how customizable it is. Today I want to share with you how I have set up my new happy planner and my set up for July. If you want to see how I use my happy planner and my updated happy planner set up watch this video. Are you currently using a happy planner?

I use the one you made for me (perks of being married to The Organized Money) for grad school. I have dividers for each subject to take handwritten notes.

Thank you so much, Alaina! This was so helpful to me. I have been trying to figure out how to have just one planner going forward for health reasons oddly enough. (Weight limits on lifting right now) Your video and insights we answers to prayers for me!! This will help me keep track of doctors appointments, scans, what was done last and where and so much more! I’ve already started a Faith journal and that alone has brought good things into my daily life.
Please know you are a Blessing to me and to so many others! I thank God when I think of you. (Phil. 1:3-6) May the love and kindness you so freely give come back to you multiplied!

I've been watching a series on how to digitize everything, but I'm old school and feel that I need to write things down as the process solidifies my to-do's in my head and here you pop up like a fairy godmother! I just watched My Multiple Planner Set Up and realized that over the years, I've used many planners, always trying to find one that fits me...no luck. So, now, thanks to you, I can embark on a new journey on how to customize a planner to fit my needs. I love how you lay everything out and explain the process. Just one question - do you have a video that talks about how to discard the month once it's over - how long to keep your planner inserts after you've used them and not accumulate clutter? If so, please link that video. If not, would it be possible for you to do one? Sincerely, your favorite new subscriber!!!

Can your printables be customized to Happy planner classic size? I sure like having multiple sections. I do like your budget pages.

I'm at this stage myself wanting to get back to simple functional planning. I fell down the rabbit hole quick and purchased several planners and sticker books and was more focused on making it pretty. I did all in one for awhile but it was very bulky so I have a love/hate relationship with Frankenplanning lol

So I know some will be offended by my comment, but no offense was intended. I look for creatives that make and share content that look like me. Its very disheartening to watch a budget with me about living paycheck to paycheck, or anything else Im deeply interested in, by someone who doesn't actually represent me or my family. Your flip through with excellent examples was very cohesive and made sense, not just you pushing your shop...which you only mentioned in passing. I appreciate the way you presented and I'm a new subbie for sure. Again, sorry if my comment offended anyone, but for my daughter and I representation matters.

Thank you for this! I’m in the same boat, trying to decide if I should switch from the Happy Planner to an Erin Condren. I’ve tried all of the HP layouts, but haven’t found peace yet. I like how you have combined everything into one as I have a few separate planners and I find myself using one but not the others. Your setup makes since and I can see myself using it and sticking with it. Thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing! i just started using the TUL junior (since being home) along with my Classic Happy Planner but I do like the idea of having this Big on my desk with my home categories tabbed in it. Do you mind sharing where you got the Project Planning Worksheet from and also I've signed up and took advantage of some of your freebies as well as seen some of your items on etsy I will be purchasing next week. I've added you to my favorites on etsy so I can go back and get them. Thanks again!!!

I just did something similar because I ended up with 5 planners & it’s overwhelming. So I took a Happy Notes & pulled out a month from a regular planner, a month from the budget planner, and notes paper. I’ll be using some of your ideas to track my life and habits, but at least now I just have to carry a notebook with a couple of months at a time. Thanks!

I have watched quite a few videos on how to use a planner. And, when I came across your video - OMG, it was very clear to me. Thank you for sharing your planner in detail because that really helped a lot by hearing you and visually seeing it. It gave me some idea on how I want to use my planner and lay it out. I really love your setup of categories. Awesome presentation. A real eye opener for a beginner like me. I am all excited to start. ((Subscribed)) God bless you. :)

I am usually fairly organized, but lately things have gotten out of control with all the things I have to do for my family; full-time job supervising over 50 undergrad students; full-time doctoral student; three home-based businesses; and a couple service organizations. Right now I use an At-A-Glance spiral monthly/weekly calendar, but since there is not enough room for all my "to do" lists, I have have additional notebooks/journals for lists and notes for each area of my life mentioned above.
