I love his emotional overload...i get the same hearing this song...granted i am very emotional in general but....damn...awesome band. awesome reaction x3
There's just about nothin better than Nightwish. But, if you like beautiful...this is a band that needs your help. They lost their singer to cancer in 2017. Asia...please give them a chance beyond Heat of the Moment...react to this ... th-cam.com/video/WUG8tR55eHo/w-d-xo.html
Absolutely beautiful reaction. Seen and heard this song hundred's of times. Get's me every time too. As it did for You. Creeting's from Finland...So emotional and on point analyse. I am really happy that Tuomas only killed him in this song....He was so hurt and deep waters at the time he did this song...THANK YOU. One more sub for You. Kiitos! 🎅
Never before have I seen such a pure-hearted reaction to a Nightwish song. Congratulations, you have a new subscriber. There's so much Nightwish for you to discover yet!
I just subscribed also... this is what I enjoy about watching these "reaction" vids. Yourself along with all the other young people doing this type of thing is bringing a service to a couple of decades worth of really great music... and gathering a whole new generation of young people being interested (new fans) in the music of the past that it really needed. I tip my cap to the fans in Europe, Asia, Central, and South America. All of you know how to do the live concerts as fans. Total a*s-kickery. I remember when the fans in the US did that but touring is altogether dead here... and it sucks horribly. That's the sharp side of the internet. Bands don't have to tour to support their material... it's all on the net in a few seconds. Skill of the band's members has taken a huge dive. They don't have to get up on stage and perform in front of 15-20 thousand fans every other night so there's no need to better themselves at their craft (when was the last time you heard a solo of anything and a song lasting more than three minutes? ) Ridiculous...
This song is was written by Tuomas Holopainen after what happend to Nightwish in 2005. He felt like his lifework, Nightwish was going down the drain, and the whole world hated and blamed him for what happend with the singer Tarja Turunen. This song is full of emotions, hate, pain, sorrow, death, life, love, everything you can feel, it is like a musical play. I cry everytime I hear it. Listen to it with the lyrics, they explane everything, and you probably understand it better, Tuomas lyrics are genius. It is a haunting beautiful song. (In the text under the video says wacken, but this is Wembley ☺ ) thank you for this video. ☺
What was it that happened in 2005 exactly? So maybe it wasn’t weird I felt so many emotions while listening to this one. Will have to check out the lyric video for this one! Thank you for the info and glad you enjoyed the reaction!😊
Nightwish is his child, his diary, and has been since 1996, the work of his life, nobody else touches the lyrics or music (almost never) on the band, so it's like super personal to him, and he already is a very emotional person. Around 2004 their first singer and childhood friend, Tarja Turunen, was starting to threaten that she'd leave the band, and given that she was such an iconic part of their sound that, at the time, it was thought she was irreplaceable, Tuomas saw how his band was about to be broken and himself left without a purpose, just at their commercial and critical peak. So in 2005, after months of deliberation, he dismissed her with an open letter after a concert (Recorded and known as "End of an Era") and, admittedly not without a reason, people turned on him saying he was a monster for having her fired and in that way, even her (they don't speak to each other even now). This song released in 2007 and it is about those times, the pre-concert deliberation of her dismissal, the concert itself, the way people raged at him and then the recomforting love of his mother and father, who told him everything was going to be all right. That's the short version.
Just to add to Ahasverus92 great summary... the band thought Tarja was far too concerned with commercial stuff, she was wanting to push her own career rather than the band, do solo projects. i think there was something about her refusing to do a tour and going to see her husband, who had become her agent... and she had already threatened to quit the band and go solo the year after she got the letter. Tuomas pushed her out before she jumped, but there were so many people who thought tarja was Nightwish and didnt understand that tuomas writes and composes everything, he got absolutely slaughtered by the media and a lot of fans... hell if you look at any discussion board today 12 years later it is still full of people saying "they were never the same after tarja left, i hate them now".
Little correction: the firing decicion was made by the whole band, not just Tuomas. Actually it was Marco (the basist) who said it first aloud that they must get rid of her.
When i first saw this performance (And how amazing Floor was performing) I kept urging Marco to check on Tuomas. All I could think was "please make sure he is okay"
When I first heard this song, i did not know any of the backstory, still I cried during the "Mother and Father" part. Being a mom of four, it just felt so raw and emotional, like seeing your own child been smitten by grief and trying to calm him down, like when you are calming down a teenager but still remembering how wulnerable he was as a small child. It just somehow came together at that final part, that, no matter what happens to you, you will have your family to trust upon. And It is even sadder to realise, that a lot of us doesn't have that refuge in the family, because we have none. I feel so lucky to have my family, who have been with me through thick and thin, but I still cry when I hear this song, even so many years later...
It's okay, honey. You just felt what Tuomas felt, after Tarja's leaving: sadness, anger, struggle, hopelessness. This is what he wanted to achieve. To show people, what was in his heart and soul at that time, because most of their fans blamed only him, even if this was the decision of the whole band.
Not after her leaving, after being SCOLDED by fans, media, friends and even Finish politicians. The media destroyed him, ripped him apart. He lost "friends" (the betrayel and spitting on his grave) all those people being crows feeding on his rotting corpse. This is way more than Tarja leaving. It is about the AFTERMATH.
This song absolutely rips my insides out and tears me to bits. I’ve haven’t been about to get through it without ugly crying. I’d give you a hug if I could. Thank for posting this.
If creator of a song can bring out so much emotions out of the listener he a an absolute genius. Even I was feeling the same way while listening to this song the first time. Floor took this one to another level. Next listen to The Greatest Show on earth live from Tampere.
Yassin KF I agree with you completely! Floor was also incredible in this one! I’m glad im not the only one who felt these emotions while listening to it!
Yeah, same. Or I was so little when I heard this first time so it didn't make me cry but when I listened this in age of 15-16(?) it totally blown my mind!😍
This is just wonderful. I've listened to this song a dozen or more times this weekend. I've cried every time. Parts 3 and 5 get me. I've struggled with depression and anxiety and suicidal thoughts dating all the way back to abuse when I was 9. I know all too well the emotions behind this song. Part 5 just... Woof. My love for my mother is a large part of why I keep going and when I imagine her saying those things, it's 😭.
Man, your reaction was so authentic. I felt the same way when i listened this masterpiece for the first time 10 years ago. The storming emotions are the best description for this song's purpose. Keep it up with the good work man.
TUOMAS'S songs are often profound, complex and beautiful. And... FLOOR'S Voice & Singing..has the ability to make people cry with awe & pleasure. She's Rare.
Never seen a guy actually crying live while listening to Nightwish, and it's fine, it's ok, what an honest reaction and every song is allowed to have the interpretation you might get from it. Yes, Nightwish is an emotional rollercoaster.
This song put me in contact with a deep melancholy inside that I simply didn't realize I was harboring until this song put me in the mood where I could see it. That was a gift that helped me glimpse those oceans within that Tuomas is writing about. Standing on the shore to your inner oceans and finally understanding how much of you there is yet to explore... That is one deep and liberating message, which I feel that more people would be empowered by hearing. Thank you for this outstanding, open and heartfelt reaction.
"Emotional rollercoaster" is what bands's songwriter and creator Tuomas Holopainen likes to refer to when describing these kind of songs he at times writes. So you just nailed it right from the very first listen!
There is absolutely no other band in the world that will wring the range of emotions from you like Nightwish. Tuomas pours his soul into his art and we get to touch it when we listen. It's his gift to us and we are fortunate to have it
Great reaction! You felt the hurt, anger and pain they went through. Finally a reaction from someone who truly FEELS it. The musicianship is phenomenal and the ability to so accurately portray all those emotions to an audience and for them to FEEL it... Simply amazing group and a beautiful mind behind it all. Floor's vocals are just otherworldly, beyond discription. Beautiful work.
Damn. I am a big fan of Nightwish and a crybaby at times but i never had such genuine raw emotion like you did. Wonderful to experience!!! If they ever let the band react to a compilation of you-tubers listening to their songs, you DEFINITELY must be in it! O_O
Finally a "reaction" that represents me! Floor Jansen is my favorite vocalist and one of her qualities is the emotion that comes with interpreting the songs. As a fan of this excitement of Floor Jansen, I'm giving you Ghost Love Score version Wacken 2013. Congrats on the video! I loved! Greeting from Brazil :)
Floor took Nightwish to a new level. Tarja had her moments. Floor has consistency and just a better vocalist all around. I got into Nightwish back in 2001 and lost interest during the Anette period and I had no idea who Floor were prior to joining Nightwish, and holy damn what a revival of the band! Love your reactions man. They're authentic and not forced like a lot of other review channels. Stick to your style!
Tarja was so good when she left Nightwish I never thought they could replace her with a singer that's as good. Turns out I was wrong. Tarja is really good and brought out a lot of emotions in me but Floor is completely next level. I still think Tarja did many songs better though, I wish I had an angel for instance.
I disagree personally, but each to their own. Floor is an amazing singer, and her voice is beautiful, but it lacks that dark tone that Tarja offered which i feel just suited the tone of the band better, given that so many of their songs are dark. There are certain songs that Tarja did that just never sounded right when floor has done them.
Kimberly H Iam a new fan but I have gone back and listened to a lot of Tarjas versions of some songs and I’ll take Floor any day over her With Tarja it was too much of that operatic tone every song
I have a sense you are very much an empathetic person. You seem to sense others emotions very deeply. It’s a blessing and a curse at the same time. I don’t know if your aware of the backstory of this song but you are totally on the mark.
Yes, I'm glad someone else thought the same! I'm a HSP and an empath and he definately seems to share those characteristics. I was emotional at his reaction as I was to the song.
It's so cute that you are so much emotionally affected by music! That was the most accurate reaction I 've ever heard until today! You are a musical genius if you want my opinion. You speak the language of music! Keep up like this! Greetings. New subscriber.
*Travels back to 2018 and gives you a big hug* Your reaction is so pure. Usually reactors to this song research the backstory of it first as directed by the fans so they can understand it and appreciate more. But yours was so genuine. Without the backstory you felt everything. Kuddos.
my exact reaction when i 1st listened to the song .. 1st you are mad and angry and you dont know why. Then you feel so sad and start crying and you still dont know why
I would have liked this 10 times if I could! The internet was invented for stuff like this. Your honest and emotional reaction to this classic is great to witness, and your ability to understand the direction of the theme, even without reading the complex and poetic lyrics, is incredible. This demonstrates the power of music. Nightwish genuinely reached you. And you know what? They would be thrilled to see this. Tuomas told me he doesn't know if he can play this song again, because it is so traumatic - you have understood it and felt the same power.
This was probably my favorite reaction this song. I like that you didn’t do research on this song before you reacted. Your emotions were pure and real. This song does the same to me every time. This reaction made me hit the subscribe button.
Wow; it was great to see you stunned into silence at the beginning and end, and amazing to watch you being bounced around an emotional pinball machine the whole way through. Tuomas wrote this song while in depression, and it really shows how masterfully he conveyed his emotions through his art, dragging you with him through all the stages of his grief. This was a powerful reaction that took me back to years ago when I heard this for the first time, and I'm sure you have many more to come from this awesome band.
If you do, it will be the 4th time in a row you did one from my top ten list from them. Also exclamation points at the end of every line, you're doing it again ;)
This is exactly why music is one of the greatest inventions of the entire human race. To be able to convey such emotion with simple music, even when you can't understand all of the words is just pure magic. Tuomas is a genius of epic proportions. This reaction is exactly what he was feeling in each and every section. From beauty to sadness to depression to anger and back to sadness again all in one. A magical, muscial roller coaster of the many stages of loss.
Your reaction moved me in a way that really caught me off guard. To feel so overwhelmed by the emotions flowing through, even if it's hard to identify why... I think it's so "human" and to be honest, nice to see from time to time, with no cuts or editing. Good job mate, I'll keep coming to see what you've been doing :)
omg it is so fantastic to watch your reactions!! You are absorbing the music!! I cry every step of way too, this music is so much on so many levels!! It is a journey,a story,a fairytale......epic
Yep, this is very emotional, powerful, sad story but still beautiful, even very cinematic, like a sound track. Every time same thing to me... tears will fall on my face like a waterfall 🤘😁 even I have heard this song like a thousand times. One of the best NW-songs! Great reaction!
Tuomas is a master in putting the exact right emotions in a song that he wants to portray. And Floor connects to her listeners and pumps emotions straight into your heart. It's the amazing talent they have. It's because they sincerely feel what they sing and play. It is not acting. Having said that I absolutely love your open emotions. Seeing you cry openly opens the gates over here as well. And we are in a huge company of people. No other song radiates the rollercoaster of emotions regarding the thoughts of suicide like this one. Happily for him and us all he lived through that period. At the end the band is checking on him if he is doing oke. They are not a band. They are a band of brothers ( and sister). So amazing that a combination of notes, rythm, melodie and sound can do this to your mind. Fantastic.
Watching your reaction to this was the purest thing I've seen in a long time, and I didn't realize how badly I needed that until I finished watching this.
This song takes some getting through, if you know the meaning behind it. Tuomas wrote this after the split with Tarja, and he has said in an interview he was so broken up over it that he had to write this song where he kills himself in the music so he didnt have to do it for real. If you find the lyrics somewhere you can see how much pain the guy was in. Its beautiful, sad, tormented and an absolute masterpiece in ten minutes of genius.
If you want to see the angry side of tuomas from this album, check out Master Passion Greed. heaviest thing Nightwish ever did... you can see what Tuomas and the band thought of Tarja's agent / husband quite clearly in this song. th-cam.com/video/nB2irZClkrA/w-d-xo.html I found a copy of the letter tuomas and the band wrote to Tarja here. th-cam.com/video/rbkpMgqq8pU/w-d-xo.html
paulwakefield Looking forward to checking that song out! That was a bit harsh letter but I guess it had to be. Letting fame and money get over your head is unfortunately not anything new in the music industry..
This song made me cry too! It is beautiful but sad. Pia gave you the best background of this song that you will ever read. You are right in your reaction. What is amazing not everybody gets this on the first time through like you did. Yes Floor is amazing! Thanks for doing this song. You need to do one that is not so emotional for a switch. I suggest The Last Ride of the Day live at Wacken 2013.
I am far from a metalhead, and I am usually not sensitive to music or any other art form for that matter. But this masterpiece gets me every time too. I still don't understand why.
What a brilliant, openly honest reaction. This song has me in goosebumps and teary eyes every single time I listen to it. Thank you for being courageous enough to post it as you reacted to it.
Your reactions and instinct are 100% on point. As many have already mentioned; Tuomas (the guy on the keyboard and writer / composer for Nightwish) was in a DARK place when he wrote this song, so dark that many people truly feared for his life. This song was his anger, depression and suicidal intent all rolled into one massive ball of crazy awesome music.
It took me two years to find this reaction... but you summed the song up perfectly. There's so much emotion in this song, I can't understand those people who listen to this for the first time and end up smiling. You really should be sobbing your eyes out, feel angry, sad, scared... it's like the stages of grief compressed into 14 minutes. And it's gorgeous to listen to.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! Love the song, and this reaction was the most sincere I have ever seen. You felt excatly the same as I did! And it felt so good to see someone having the same reaction I had. Love you for doing this. And your interpetation was spot on! I know the history of Nightwish and the previous comments explain it well. New subscriber here! Greetings from Finland! Keep up the beautiful work!
Thank you for your reaction... It's amazing how deeply you've felt this song, all its anguish and sorrow, without even knowing the backstory. What hits me the hardest is probably how Tuomas is singing the words silently at the end and how Emppu and Marco are standing beside him.
Thank you SO much for your 100% authentic, super emotional reaction. Obviously, you have a great feeling for music and what it's all about. Every time I'm listening to this, I start crying as well.
This is one of the most beautiful musical pieces I have ever heard. And your responses were so pure and HONEST that I immediately hit the subscribe button. I can not listen to this song without crying. Floor sings our souls to Heaven...
Dude, I'm so hooked on Nightwish reactions...is it just me? And this was probably the best one I've seen so far, and to one of the best Nightwish songs. This was so pure and unfiltered...loved it! I often feel the same, when I listen to this song.
When Floor sings, she doesn't just tell a story. She makes you FEEL the story. The highs, the lows, the rage, the despair, the hopelessness, the salvation, the love. This song has a wide range of deep emotions and darkness and she projects all of it onto the listener. The listener feels it, and for 14 minutes lives the raw emotions. Toumas is a master class songwriter and this is an artistic masterpiece.
Your reaction proves that Tuomas is successful. It often hits me the same way. There is so much intensity. It takes many viewings to absorb. Crying, yes, if that is what it brings to you.
I have listened to this song so many times and it still gives me goosebumps and tears. The song is an emotional journey put to music, written by Tumoas who is the keyboard player in the band. It details the loss the Tarja the longtime lead singer and friend, and that for a time he felt lost. A lot of Nightwish's songs and music are sequences from Tumoas's life and the things he has experienced. For me each song is a story with meaning which takes me on a journey, which is why I love them.
I know this is a few months back, but this is the first time watching your reaction. You reaction was perfect! I have listened to and watched several other reactions to the same song and I cry every time.
Thank you! Your emotional reactions have also been mine ... it is one of my favorite works of Nightwish, and it reaches deep into my soul. "Mother and father" always makes me cry, touches a part of my family history very deeply (I lost one of my brothers as a child). And my love for the work of E. A. Poe make the emotional roller coaster is complete.
Same here. It's an emotional rollercoaster ride. Such a beautiful song. That concert is amazing. Check it out. Love Nightwish. I had tears in my eyes just watching your reaction to it.
I think I have never seen such a strong and genuine reaction to this song. I think you felt it exactly as Tuomas intended it to be felt and listened: so haunted, so full of pain and anger. And in the correct order too haunting, sadness, anger and the relieving crying at the end of it all. You even grasped it all at the first listening, that's impressive! And a lot to take in in just one round of this song. You're so lovely
You pretty much hit the core of the song. It really is the Mother talking to him in the end of the song. Pia covered the story behind this song prettt well. This is absolutely the most powerful Nightwish song. I've heard it live several times and I hope to hear it again this Saturday when I'll be seeing them in Lahti, Finland. They are making a tour with their most essential songs from all of their carreer and this is one of them but I don't know if they have played this on the tour. I haven't watched the setlists lately but I saw some of the first ones that were not any surprising leaning to their recently released compilation album called Decades. That's gonna be a huge show. They will have another big concert in Helsinki (Finland) in December too.
I doubt it will as Tuomas has said he has found it too impossib to play live or elsewhere really. Trying to move on...I guess and I hope for his sake he can!
Thank you for sharing your emotions with us. We all know, what this kind of music can do to us and to all of us they will be different, but also to all of us they will be intense. Thank you!
Great interpretation based on feelings alone. And feelings are always true. In this case very much on point, as it seems. Keep on reacting, I subscribed! Shout out from Finland!
Just to nitpick, this was at Wembley in 2015 (I was there). That being said, I love seeing your reactions and that you're not afraid to show your feelings, keep it up!
Yeah, if you want to see a band you recently reacted to perform at Wembley Arena in 2016, it would be Babymetal. :-) (also: I was there) But reacting to that pro-shot would be slightly more complicated, because they are selling a DVDs/Blu-rays and block it on TH-cam.
autohmae Hm.. maybe I can have a timer or something like that? Someone else in the comments told me that you could do that. Have a countdown and stuff! Wow that’s really cool, I wanna go to one of their concerts..
Gotta say, I really do appreciate and love how openly emotional you get. Okay, if you ask some, it's not considered to be very "manly", but that's bullshit if you ask me. I've supressed my emotional life for various reasons to the point where I can no longer feel sadness, sorrow, joy, enjoyment properly, and seeing you reacting to the music I used to cry my pain away as a teenager makes me actually feel something. I honestly envy you a bit. Stay real, stay sincere, and keep it up bro.
It's okay, you're feeling exactly what the songwriter channeled into this song. His music is magical like that. ♥
Darnaguen It truly is magical!
@@React4you I sang the last verse as a renewal of my vows, to see your emotions match those I felt belting them out means a lot to me. Keep it up man.

This is such an accurate reaction to this song. Which is righteous because this song deserves this kind of reaction. ❤️
I invited a friend over for some Nightwish listening one night, and he broke down crying like this. Nightwish can do this to you.

"You have such oceans within"

This song absolutely rips my insides out and tears me to bits. I’ve haven’t been about to get through it without ugly crying.
I’d give you a hug if I could. Thank for posting this.
One of the most genuine reactions I have seen on any channel. Thanks for this one!
When he said he was emotional at the first part, i was afraid that he won't survive till the end. Glad that he is alive :D
Hahahaha. I had the same feeling. "This guy is about to be smashed, heavily." in an amazing way, of course.
Genuine emotions... gosh... at least someone feels same way as I do.
Thank you.
Yea The Greatest Show On Earth
Qi Bluence It’s on the list!
@@React4you Trust us, you'll lose your sh*t again and for yet another great Nightwish reason.
Nightwish is quite the rollercoaster of emotion. Enjoy the ride!
Osmani Diaz Cruz Thanks man. I’m glad you enjoyed it!😊
By looking at your reaction i can see Tuomas is doing a good job.
undoubtedly Tuomas makes magic with music
TUOMAS'S songs are often profound, complex and beautiful. And... FLOOR'S Voice & Singing..has the ability to make people cry with awe & pleasure. She's Rare.
Big hugs! Might be the best, most genuine reaction I've seen to anything. Love from The Nightwish Army, Palm Springs, CA, USA
Lerren Shekhter I guess I wasn’t as off as I thought then!
He IS Good / She IS GREAT !
There is absolutely no other band in the world that will wring the range of emotions from you like Nightwish. Tuomas pours his soul into his art and we get to touch it when we listen. It's his gift to us and we are fortunate to have it
Right !
I literally watched you get chills. That's when you know music is touching you in a wonderful yet visceral way. And why I love Nightwish's music.
Kymberlyn Reed I agree completely! Nightwish is on a different level.
Damn. I am a big fan of Nightwish and a crybaby at times but i never had such genuine raw emotion like you did. Wonderful to experience!!!
If they ever let the band react to a compilation of you-tubers listening to their songs, you DEFINITELY must be in it! O_O
Emil Brants Thanks man. That would be extremely awesome and terrifying at the same time..😅
I agree!
This is the best, most honest reaction I've seen. Thank you for this, it was as though I was listening again for the first time.
you're a hero showing your most honest reaction to this song man. 100 % respect
I’m really glad you liked the video! I have however already reacted to ghost Love score so please check it out on my channel!
Wow! Sorry, I did not find it when I first saw it. So, if I may allow Greatest Show On Earth - Nightwish
;)
Nicole Magalhaes That ones been suggested heavily so I will get to that one eventually!👍
Ora, ora. Veja quem temos aqui.
@@RogerioSammet eguaaaaaaa hahhahahahha
Two minutes into music, I saw you crying. So I thought "he is going to meltdown at the end". Yes, it happened ✌🏻 peace
@@pete3198 Agreed. Namely Stargazers, Gethsemane, FantasMic, Pharoah Sails to Orion, Planet Hell, and Everdream.
Kimberly H Iam a new fan but I have gone back and listened to a lot of Tarjas versions of some songs and I’ll take Floor any day over her With Tarja it was too much of that operatic tone every song
@@jerrypapadatos1210 So then you like Nightwish-lite (nothing wrong with that), I like Nightwish in it's gothically operatic glory.
You have my utmost respect for showing your emotions so freely! Great job.
This reaction was just so pure. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks a lot Dimitrios. Welcome to the family!
Thanks a lot rockfan. If enough people tweet them then maybe they will see it, which would be super cool and terrifying Hahah.
I have a strong and confident feeling this will happen. Soon ;-)
I would still recommend Dark Chest Of Wonders from Wacken btw.
Hello X critic! Nice to hear from you again!😊 I’m glad you enjoyed it! I freaking loved this song, it was a true experience to listen to it!
X Critic Yea I’ve heard dark chest of wonders already but I can do the live at Wacken as well!
If you do, it will be the 4th time in a row you did one from my top ten list from them. Also exclamation points at the end of every line, you're doing it again ;)
X Critic It might take a while to do it though. Have a lot of requests. Sry😜
One the most honest reactions I have seen. Great job and thank you.
Best reaction EVER! So pure and honest. Thank you!
You've just been FLOORED I HAVE TEARS EVERY-TIME I watch/listen to Floor she an angel.
This song just proves Tuomas is a genious songwriter. He shows his emotions through music. Mozart of our time. Great reaction. Thank u!
Great reaction!
maria kokolin You hit the nail on the head there! Probably the best NW song I’ve heard. My experience with Nightwish is quite limited though..😅
Wow, I'm speechless. Thank you for your amazing reaction. Inspiring.
You felt Touma's heart...!! AMAZING
If you want to see the angry side of tuomas from this album, check out Master Passion Greed. heaviest thing Nightwish ever did... you can see what Tuomas and the band thought of Tarja's agent / husband quite clearly in this song. th-cam.com/video/nB2irZClkrA/w-d-xo.html
I found a copy of the letter tuomas and the band wrote to Tarja here. th-cam.com/video/rbkpMgqq8pU/w-d-xo.html
paulwakefield Yea I could really feel all of that while listening to that song. So many emotions
paulwakefield Looking forward to checking that song out!
Ann Waychoff I’m glad I wasn’t the only one! She really did! Yea don’t wanna cry in all the reactions!😅 Will put that on the list!
hello. same c:
Hi! How are you doing? Hope all is well!
been doing stuff other than TH-cam for a bit but Hope to get back to it soon.
Have you checked some other reactors. There are several now doing Nightwish songs. Enjoy your search!
Your reaction is me EVERY SINGLE TIME I LISTEN TO THIS SONG. Thanks, mate ❤️
The most honest and gorgeous reaction I'd seen so far, thank u for this brother .. I'll subscribe
Best. Reaction. Video. Ever. Welcome to the Nightwish family, and thank you for such a passionate, honest, and emotional video.
I felt the same!!!! You're so cute. Thanks for this amazing reaction ❤️
one of the greatest reactions Ive ever watched, greetings from Istanbul....
warfare73 Wow, thanks man! Really appreciate that.
Dude... your reaction is exactly what it should be!!! I get emotional and get chills with a lot Nightwish songs... love them!
Great reaction! I got emotional watching your reaction to the song. :)
Albatrossi Thx man! I’m glad you enjoyed it!😊
Being vulnerable is part of what we are. Showing it is authenticity. Being authentic is strength. You just got yourself a new subscriber!
The most honest Nighwish reaction I've seen your reactions matched mine I was emotionally drained
Oh bless your heart, I wanted to give you a big hug! Great reaction! Xx
Bro... I like your genuine and authentic reaction the most among so many reactions on this Epic Song.
New Subscriber here..🤘 keep rocking..
Floor is a world-class empath. That's how she does it.
I love your reaction to this song. I had the same reaction when I first heard it. You sir have a beautiful soul.
You're amazing, u know that? Now you do! You keep it pure & real, very rare & highly respected reaction :) Thank u from Finland.
This was the most honest and accurate reaction to a song that I have ever seen. You got yourself a new subscriber.
Power of music.. Power of Nightwish 🤘
Jari Savolainen Amen brother!🤘
Your reactions are some of the most true of any other person doing reactions. You gots a new subscriber! Cheers brother...
I love your reaction! It is so visceral! I totally get it! I've hear the song I don't know how many times and it still hits me , Everytime!
OK the most honest most intense reaction ever seen on this kind of music ... You have a new subscriber with you ..
... new favorite reaction to this song of all time. Right there with you, man..
Same here. It's an emotional rollercoaster ride. Such a beautiful song. That concert is amazing. Check it out. Love Nightwish. I had tears in my eyes just watching your reaction to it.
Let it go buddy... I've been doing the same when I saw this awesome performance.
I love your reactions throughout this video! They're exactly on point for every switch up in the song
Mikko Laine OMG I’m so jealous! I want to see them sooo badly! Would be an amazing experience.
Songs from Nightwish are alway an Emothional Rolercoaster ... You must not be ashamed of crying. :)
Watching your reaction reminds me of how lucky we are to know this music, and how lucky we are to be able to feel it.
Just to nitpick, this was at Wembley in 2015 (I was there). That being said, I love seeing your reactions and that you're not afraid to show your feelings, keep it up!
JackietheStripper Whoops didn’t know that..😅 Really? I’m so jealous..😞😞
Thank you, I’m glad you’re enjoying the content!😊
