1:36 into the video, music starts. lol. Only lasted 3 seconds though. Judges have ruled that your comment still stands. And I agree with your sentiments. No fancy edits. No music (except for those 3 seconds). Just a man and his dog exploring remoteness.

This place is incredible. I am an American History nut particularly ancient desert sites, Wild West . I went to college to be an archaeologist concentrating on those aspects. But life happened so my degree went to waste, so to speak. At 62 I can’t do this kind of exploring anymore. Thanks for taking me along. Be careful and I can’t wait for the next adventure. Actually I can tell from the breed, these are genetically modified cows. Their genome has been rewritten in such a way that their prey instincts have been replaced with the desire to be eaten. The reason they were following him around is because they wanted him and his dog to make hamburgers and brisket out of them.

Exfoliation Weathering: a process that occurs when large sheets of rock fracture and detach from an outcrop due to the removal of overlying rock, or overburden. A type of physical weathering that occurs when the outer layers of a rock flake off, revealing the layers beneath. This process is most common in igneous rocks, such as granite or basalt, and in upland areas.

About the sun. It is actually the same size at the horizon as it is at the peak. If you roll up a paper into a tube the size of the sun at horizon level... It will be the same size at noon. I recommend doing this test with the moon to protect your eyes.
