Clapton once said "the best is an illusion," and I think he was correct. I judge music by how it touches me and makes me feel instead of like an Olympic sport which is scored on degree of difficulty. Clapton is my personal favorite musician far and away. I prefer him and never bother to argue who is "best". To each his or her own, I am quite content to listen to EC as much as possible (for the past 40 years). Its been a life well spent🎸👍😎
