    It's August and my anticipation for the season is ramping up. I pack in a stand and sticks to watch over a soybean field. To my surprise, I film two of the oldest bucks I know about, with their combined age likely being more than 15 years old!

      @jaredmills  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I got a Tethrd one this offseason and have played with it on a limited basis. It's definitely nice but from my perspective will take some getting used to simply because I've just been so comfortable and confident in a lightweight stand and sticks combo that I haven't been too concerned about switching. I could see some scenarios though where a saddle might be a better choice, so I'll consider it during those times.

I also get the chainsaw out doing tsi throughout the winter on my land and planting native grasses and trees trying to build wildlife habitat along with planting foodplots. It’s alot of work. You can have fun doing work to. But these guys get a lot of bs about killing big deer all the time and it wouldn’t happen if they didn’t put in alot of time and work.

      @Jay-hu1pc they should kill big bucks with the area they're hunting. It's just seems it's too easy. Grab your scooter and cell cams and go kill big deer. I used to farm so I understand having a full time job after my full time job. I enjoyed spring and fall way more in the woods than sitting in a tractor so I gave it up. It's just my perspective but I don't put too much on celebrity hunters as hunters. It's a show for the masses to watch. All the gadgets make me laugh, that's all.

      Certainly hoping to have some bigger ones to chase but these guys' age would make for a super tough pass. We'll see, thanks for watching!
