He might be, he might not be but giving the fact he’s been in the forces from 17 and passed 3 of the toughest selection courses in the country then we can assume he is incredibly fit and motivated and when we take into consideration that he’s got a buying obtainable body then it’s a bold claim to just assume because someone isn’t a fat lump or that you lack the required testosterone or willpower to achieve just not being fat that everyone else who has a fairly standard body must be on the tren or something. Again he could well be but it’s a bold claim without knowing.

I’ve been lifting weights since i was 16 I’m now nearing 34- the fitness industry is an utter sham. 90% of these people use steroids. It’s ignored as it’s inconvenient
im 31 and its possbile to big naturally but its a pain and pushed me to depression to be honest. im 6ft2 and got to 220lbs naturally but i was eating like 6-7x a day and training like a brute and when you get to that peak level its just pain all the time. i reckon if i didnt downsize i could of got to 225lbs at the most with visible abs but its not worth doing that shit for years and having to be so regimeneted. it pissed me off i was doing so much work and some twat could do barely any work lol just needle and look the same.
I am SF ( Special Forces ) MDBM , this is a similar work out that we do before shift . Can't say too much about my work.....hush hush and all that but of you think McDonalds Big Mac SF assembly (MDBM) you could be on to it. Can't confirm or deny though
What age group is this vlog aimed at ? Because I'm 68 and still training albeit low impact and am relatively happy with the results. I've noticed it's harder to build mass as you get older, but you can stay defined.

I did burpees one time as a part of my workout program, when I reached 25 in one set, my heart almost exploded, I was fighting for air, and for three weeks I had problems with arythmia, palpitations and started using symbicort for asthma. Learn on my mistakes and go easy on your bod people, leave hardcore workouts for navy seals.
