on 29th June, I bought a house at auction in Doncaster east with 5 bed rooms , ED school zone with much much cheaper price, 900 land size . why buying in wheelers hill ?
Yes i feel a bit odd as to the prices these homes are going for. I bought a house in the beautiful Milgate Estate which is in the EDSC zone which is as good as the Balwyn High zone two weeks ago. 40 year old solid brick house but renovated. Similar condition as this one but with beautiful vaulted ceilings and fireplace. Beautiful parklands views for both front and back yard so no neighbors front and rear. 5 bedroom, 758sqm land and i paid less!
@@samuelmaster Yeah to be honest i was surprised i managed to win the auction too. I definitely was prepared to pay much more than what i got it for. Owner's corporation will be around $600+ a year but they keep the whole estate stunning. Maybe a combination of school holidays and winter? I don't know but i'm happy. Appreciate these auction videos btw! Used them to get an idea of how auctions work.

一層4房大磚屋，地契是永久的愈來愈少，入大門無梯级，直路平地，無阻礙設施，方便長者和輪椅出入，又是學校區近商場，有巴士，電車及火車交通，寧靜纯住宅區.....那區正在升值。
我所知道呢邊嘅屋基本上都係永久業權，你間屋嘅間隔都算係四平八穩，係略嫌少少舊，但經過翻身，內部都叫做不用再大裝修

@@asfn5267 I inspected some houses in 2022 Oct, I remembered the houses were sold at 1.8XM and paid for gardening.
