VENICE and BURANO. ITALY

We spend a few days in Venice, visiting its beautiful canal lined streets, taking in the iconic sights, taking boat trips, and generally being all touristy😂.
We usually tend to avoid big cities as we prefer the solitude of the mountains, but Venice came as a big surprise to both of us as we absolutely loved it.
We took the public boat, the Vaporetto, to the beautiful colourful island of Burano, it has to be said that this island looks amazing with its multiple houses and streets in various colours.
A slightly smaller, quieter Venice. Definitely recommend giving this one a visit.
