The Belts at the bottom - you can do Belt weaving to get more storage, plus if you use Undergrounds going up and down you can store more under those Belts.

Calcite can be produced so I don't care about consumption. Fusion power cells consumed about 500 while going from Aquilo to Shattered planet.
