hello i have this laptop dell precison 7720. but i'm facing a serious issue. the cpu of the laptops drops to 0.78 whenever i plug in the charger but the system runs fine while on battery... any help on this...
I buy scrap laptops i use the term loosely as often im buying almost never used ones to redo and sell currently have 2 of the 17 g3 zbooks thinking about making one into my own personal computer
As a kind of hobby I look for electronics in dumpsters and curbside stuff! PCs laptops Chromebooks gaming systems tablets.. recently found 4 Dell Precision towers - 3 T3620s & 1 T1650. Also found a Precision 3530. All these have the Xeon CPU. The 3530 doesn't turn on, so it's probably a mobo issue. Haven't tested the towers yet. Have other PCs laptops & Chromebooks!

They were computers employees wanted due to the big screen, but once they had to carry them around they returned them for less bulky units. These computers are sitting in limbo and probably will remain there until the warranty runs out and then recycled.
@@mymediahelper @My Media Helper, INC I see-- those 17 inch ones are monstrous. I have a Precision 7530 and it's already rather large and heavy (though I do enjoy its robustoness). Hopefully these computers find a second life and being "recycled" means they get sold by the asset disposal company (after proper data wipe or drive destruction) to someone who can use them on eBay. They are interesting machines and better than what a lot of people have at home.
