I’ll visit colombia for a month in March. I’m planning on birding bogota for a couple of days and walk around then go to santa Marta, stop at Medellín, then the pacific valle del Cauca, then visit upiales then go to Mitú. Do you think it can be done in a month ? I’m planning to take road transport instead of flights whenever possible except to mitu. I definitely don’t wanna rush myself to the point of not enjoy it. Also do you think 3k US would be enough for a couple ?

looks tight also your budget depends on hotels, transportation and guides you will need
Get the lonely planet book, book airbnbs or if you are confident with Spanish ask around. People will accomodate to your needs with little planning…
