    Just curious, do you think that this will have an impact on the job perspective or the value of professional editors?
    Do you see that folks would deviate from photoshop and turn towards solutions like this?
    Does this diminsh the value for learning photoshop if someone has no experience?

      For now you will need to use Photoshop to clean up after the AI or in circumstances where it gets confused. But I think the program can eliminate a huge percentage of the time we use to spend in Photoshop doing fairly complicated tasks.. I am sure it will have an impact on professional editors because AI is only going to get better and better.

    Amazing software! Gives a great polish to the photos and doesn’t go overboard. Just wondering, I downloaded the latest version, but there doesn’t seem to be a stray hair removal option.

      This may help. On the right hand side click on the face icon, then scroll down to the hair section (second from bottom).

    Great software, I just don't like the "credit" part of it and the price. Subscription would be nice.

      Well, I’ve heard this concern before but you get the ability to retouch 1200 pictures for about 80 a year and I don’t know that many people would need to retouch that many images in the first place. I only retouch about 400.

      @@JohnGress I’m a senior photographer and my schedule of jam packed throughout the year, so I’d be in a panic everytime I’d finish a pic. 😂

    Ill have to check it out! Whenever I see these, I wonder what will things be like in 5 years from now? Do you know if it can seamlessly integrate with LR or CaptureOne?

    • @JohnGress
      @JohnGress  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I know right! If you’re using capture one and have it write to one of the capture one created folders it should auto import.

    • @JohnGress
      @JohnGress  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      As for LR I think you would have to name it the same on export as the tiff you create in LR and then replace that file with the Evoto version.

    Great tool but the price is too high, if it was a lifetime plan ok but for one year is a No for me

    John, can you mask the effects off from areas you don't want affected, like in Photoshop?

    • @JohnGress
      @JohnGress  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can mask off the blemish and wrinkle corrections and you can adjust the mask on the background adjustments

      @@EvotoAI seems expensive for what you get... subscription based programs are kind of annoying to begin with but having to buy ''credits' as opposed to just getting a stand alone plugin or program with optional updates a non starter...

      The editing isn’t even close to quality from ai yet. It’ll destroy mid tier photographers with mediocre work though.
      Low end will continue because it just serves low budget needs. The phone and phone ai will destroy low end everyday portraits though.
