Climber flexibility is just absolutely wild dude O.o The high ass elbows, the high foot drop... jesus. Stuff I couldn't accomplish just on the ground, let alone while supporting my body weight while climbing a wall lol

I believe the yellow ones are holds he designed. They are intended to practice pinching. He is one of the best outdoor climbers, unfortunately comp climbing added a lot of dynamic moves lately.
The black ones are also Eurohold collabs with Ondra
This year from what I've seen they've hit the balance quite right with a little bit of everything in comps, slabs, powerful boulders and coordination moves.
The tension maintained on those small holds...

@@bryanbryan6108 , bio bidet is best bang for buck. Don't get the 1000 though if you have hemorrhoids, too strong. Get the 2000. If that's too expense, at least make sure you get a model with warm water. It's life changing. And this is advice a doctor I worked for in college told me and i'm sure glad I followed: no reading on the toilet. Shit and get off as fast as possible. No pushing. Push inward on last wipe to push blood out of that region.
