*Tbsp = tablespoon, tsp = teaspoon
RECIPE:
• 500 g (3 cups + 2 tbsp) of flour
• 5-6 g (2 tsp) of active dry yeast
• 128 g / 120 ml (½ cup) of lukewarm milk
• 54 g / 60 ml (¼ cup) of olive oil (or vegetable oil)
• 200 g (3/4 cup) of plain yogurt
• 120 g (½ cup + 1 tbsp) of granulated sugar
• 8 g (1.5 tsp) of salt
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
To Brush:
• 1 tbsp of milk
Bake in a static and preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for about 10 minutes max 15 minutes, do not overbake otherwise, they will harden.
They can be kept for a maximum of two days tightly closed in cling film.
They can be frozen after baking and defrosted at room temperature or in a microwave with a grill function.
They can also be frozen raw after forming them.
