Exactly . I’m torn between the s1k and the r1 . S1k is faster and heated grips cruise control making it tough . Yamaha reliability only thing making it a hard decision
Maxwrist has certainly helped their sales figures he has crashed and bought that many over the years.

@@42kwaka R1’s sound, looks and reliability versus S1K’s looks, speed, technology options . It’s a very hard decision . The Yamaha you can service yourself and the BMW i believe has to be taken into the dealership for service. Also if your brentune it you lose your 3 year/36,000 mile warranty . I do not know what to do. Most likely will buy 2021 r1

The red hoses tie in nicely with the red accents on the bike. The new headers and mid pipe really has that SC Project singing some awesome tunes. The Bren tuning ECU flash will be the icing on the cake for the set up you have so far. I’m looking for to see the fairings reinstalled and you take it for a ride and give us your thoughts. Great job so far.

Brand new BM with a bad water pump 😭😂 good thing they buried it in the sump 😵💫😵💫 also I’ll never understand yanking brand new coolant hoses for aftermarket ones.

Getting ready to make ve to Florida! Trying to find all the people you go to so I can go with my BMW S1000RR for mechanic work and custom work.
Hey zack im sure you noticed, but engine ice's NEW blue coolant is -7F antifreeze. Less than the older -26F formula! I noticed that this fall when I changed the coolant on my track ZX6R.
I contacted them and got an email reply from them.
They do sell different coolants besides the blue stuff and this spring they are supposedly coming out with a coolant similar to Redline* Coolant with water wetter! Hopefully my engine block doesnt freeze over this winter here in Michigan! I'll give an update this spring when I roll her out to get ready for Grattan and STT! :)

I am curious, how much horsepower to shoot that motorcycle I hope very soon you do the dyno
pulling a vacuum wont give you a forsure answer it has a leak unless you have a manometer to gauge how much microns your pulling on the system. thats why when you add the coolant and the pressures go higher youll see it leaking forsure. Also pulling a vacuum brings air into the system if it had a leak, not outwards. Another reason you stated you only see it more often when adding coolant.

I love your motorcycle modify video, but sometimes modifying a sport bike is nothing new to me, don't get me wrong, it's still beautiful and cool, but wish there is more video modifying other bike rather than sport bikes and street bikes. A motocross, supermoto or adventure bikes will be cool, and I like the BMW R1250GS ADV the most, I love watching those modify GS'. Wish there is more video like that.

The water pump in the oil pan is pretty weird . How many miles does that s1k with the bad water pump have ? Is this a common issue with the new s1k's ? Might put me off from buying one.
It's not a common issue at all and that bike has less than 5,000 miles on it.
