Basically
actually rhaast respects kayn for his confidence so he made him an offer (like the devil would) if kayn stops being confident and stop having that ego, rhaast is allowed to take over kayn completely like aatrox did with his vessel. so when kayn would ask rhaast for help, kayn is doomed. at the same time the deal contains that kayn will get to keep the darkins power for himself if he manages to fulfill his goal and becomes the shadow assasin.

Man the kayn rhaast dynamic is so fun, i wish that could exist a happy ending to they story
thats the whole point tho, like cain and abel, the entire dynamic is the fact that the turmoil doesnt end
There is, its called black clover
Kayn deals mortal damage to Sett and leaves the Scythe in the boxer's guts. Sett is in turnmoil and tries to call for his mommy's help.
Then like a fainty voice of her makes him remember that the scythe is of a creature with magic to regenerate it's host. He takes the weapon out of his belly and out of his heart cries "C'mon man, you gotta help me. In exchange, this incredible body will become your new host and you wont have to lean on that wimpy kid to exist".
Rhaast's eye opens wide and exclaims to the half-vastaya "It's true that you have the raw strenght of a true warrior, BUT NO WARRIOR WOULD EVER CRY FOR HIS MOMMY".
And the while it's true Sett's wish to be healed up becomes true, that body no longer belongs to him but to the gigantic Darkin now standing and staring down the Shadow Assassin.
But he's surprised. The so called "wimpy kid"'s shadow magic has flourished by the fact it no longer had to control the Darkin's magic. A blue entity of long hairs and obscure demeanor walks silently towards a nearby scythe. AND TAKES A BATTLE STANCE.
But now the acolyte is the one perplexed. The Shuriman God-Warrior gets on his knee and makes a reverence. "Acted like a True Warrior, Shieda Kayn." The sign is mirrowed and the respect becomes mutual. THE DARK CREATURES NO LONGER FIGHT EACH OTHER.
PD: A kinkou desertor of green clothing came too late to dispose of the 3 beings, her stealthness is not enough to go unnoticed by the Blue and Red warriors.
These two look at each other, the blue one the first to talk: "Smash?". "Yes" answers the red. And they proceed to bang Akali from both ends.

I hate how its not canon to be blue or red kayn. Maybe it'll be both? Sometimes he gains control sometimes he loses control in moments of emotional weakness

That’s literally the deal between the twos, Kayn can keep the power but the moment he loses confident and ask Rhaast for help, he’s doomed. On the other hand, if he doesn’t and succeed in achieving his goal (which is becomind Zed’s successor I think?) he becomes SA instead

The darkin are imprison by aspect of twighlight shenanigans. anything as strong or stronger *could* destroy a darkin weapon
someone like bard or whatever made the world runes..Ornn could probably do it
@@someguyontheinternet1093 I mean, it's not stated one way or the other in canon, but my assumption is that pre-imprisoned darkin were not just stronger but also tougher than post-imprisoned darkin. I doubt Twilight would've been willing to turn them into weapons if that made them *harder* to kill than before. In which case, Vladimir's feat would still work.

So in the two forms of kayn, the shadow form is Kayn just taking full control of his human form? Coz damn he may be just as strong as rhaast
Not only full control over himself, but also full control over all of Rhaast’s power. Winning the battle of wills makes him exponentially stronger and he himself states that Rhaast was holding out on him.
