Even here in my province, women who just given birth are not allowed to take cold showers, eat certain foods, and they always wear warm clothes. Same goal, to keep the body warm or bring back the heat in the system.

Ge lai!! I didn't follow it completely after giving birth and my postpartum depression was really intense. Don't know if it's related, but def recommend doing it properly. Thanks for sharing this - love seeing how other moms esp Chinoy moms cope. I also had a c-section and you're doing great! Congratulations! Sienna is beautiful.

About the c-section, i must say the healing is fast compare to mine. Naoperahan din kasi ako, same area bikini line din. The difference is hindi ako agad nakapag vlog (charrr😁) hindi ako mas active kagaya niyo po. But I'm okay na after more than 1 month of recovery na. Bless you po Ms. Cams, hubs and Baby Sienna 💕💕💕
