Chef chaat bani to achhi lag rahi par thele walo jaisa swad nahi aya hoga kyoki asansol bengal main jab hum rahte the UP ka chaatwala chatniya thodi jyda dalta tha sabse pahle tikki rakhe fir chana dahi imli hari chatni fir sev chanachur mungfali papdi chura pyaz fir dobara thodi thodi chatnia fir chaat masala wah maza hi mazaa bana kar dekhe,ek cheez bhul gaya tha wo boiled kala chana bhi thoda dalta tha

Chaat ka matlab hi chutney hai, that is why we have kept more chutney on the side, add as much as you want aur phir swaad aap ke chaat wale se jyada hi ayega... ye meri gaurantee hai..
