Been watching a lot of videos as I transition from snowboarding for 30 years to skiing. These were the tips I needed. I wish I came across this information earlier but glad others will now.
Thank you for this video-it’s extremely helpful! I did not realize that the side-slipping movement is key to transitioning to parallel skiing. I’ll be sure to focus on that skill when I head back to the slopes this winter😊
Side slipping is just a great way to feel the skis edging the same way in parallel. It's tricky at first but an important skill to work on. good luck have fun!
Great video! Can you make a video about the details of skating (e.g. the weight transition between left foot and right foot) ? It is really useful for beginners like me.
Can you do a video on how to get up after you’ve fallen? I have to clip out every time and it’s exhausting trying to get back in the skis on a steep hill.

Do we have to wear ski jacket for skiing or we can wear any jacket?
Any jacket is fine. I usually wear a jacket that is water resistant
