Brilliant chassis design from M2C and solid foundation for every serious basher rig. I run M2C chassis on all my rigs and never had a let down 👌👍👏 Really awakens the potential of the truck 😍 Awesome bash session Rich 💖
Thanks so much dear Kimberly 😍. Couldn't agree more with you about the chassis 💪🥰🥰. Excited to try out these beautiful CF towers 😱. Your attention to detail is second to none. Just got a 2nd body for my clipless K6s set-up too!!!! 😘😘😎💪👊👊
I wonder if Traxxas and the other RC manufacturers are actually watching these videos and are taking notes or if they're just like "meh, it's good enough... most drivers won't bend the chassis." As a business owner, I understand keeping costs low-but what about at least offering a "premium" chassis add-on option from the factory? M2C is killing it. I've spent so much money with M2C! Worth every penny.
Would be awesome to see you, Eric and Thomas together bashing at the same time would be epic 💪👍 great driving buddy as always. My M2c’ed up arrma impresses me every time I’m out. Big Thanks to the entire M2c Team 💯
Killer run Rich, the Sledge was flying there! Those M2C and BasherQueen parts are awsome. That truck has reached a different level from the stock form!!! Great Video!!!!!!
Thanks so much Jon 🤗. So stoked about these Killer upgrades!!! The Sledge is coming together nicely. Looking forward to getting back out again soon. 😎💪👊👊
Thanks so very much Brother Aldo 😜!!!! So stoked the Sledge has entered the Beefcake zone thanks to Mitch and Avery 💪. Shout out much appreciated my friend. Through bolts for the win. Have a great weekend Bro. 🚀🚀😎💪👊👊
That M2C chassis is insane bro, just love the dedication of Mitch & Avery. That Sledge is nuts man and what a great bash session. Just love your videos brother Rich.
Thanks so much Brother 😜. Mitch and Avery work their asses off no question. 12+ hour days at the shop are the norm. Fortunately for us, they're ultra passionate and dedicated to making the best upgrade parts possible 😍. The Sledge is becoming a virtual tank. Truly appreciate it my friend!!!! 🍻😎💪👊👊
Want to give you a BIG shout out for making your channel about the cars and not yourself. So many channels are about the host and how many times they can get there face in the screen. BIG turn off. So thank you for all the good and informative vids. I get much out of them, fun to watch. Good upgrade information with part #. You are leading the pack. Keep it up.
Thanks so much Leonard 🤗. I prefer keeping my content focused on the cars and different set-ups 👍. Sharing ideas that are hobby focused is the aim. Really appreciate it Brother. 🍻😎💪👊👊
You are something else my man!!!! You gotta be the best TH-cam basher I've ever seen. Don't get me wrong, Kevin Talbot is great and has some amazing builds. But when it comes to bashing, I think you take the win lol
Thanks so very much Brother 🤗. I just try to have as much fun as possible pushing these rigs the best way I know how 👍. Truly appreciate it my friend. Happy bashing!!! 🍻😎💪👊👊
What steering was you experiencing? Mine seems like there is a lot of play when you move tires back and fourth I added m2c wheel extenders. Seems like a lot of play? Where did you get the Delrin washer and size. Also like the coating on battery tray
Wow Rich you gave him a hell of a beating at the Sledge! Awesome once upgrader truck! Massive jumps, brutal landings, triple flips it's all there man, well done it's great to see, I love it! Chouss from Fr ;)
That was a killer run rich some of the hits that Car took and landing on those giant rocks it’s amazing it came home in one piece. How are the temperatures with the 6S backflips? Did it heat up a lot more?
Thanks so much Brother David 😜!!!! She definitely took a serious beating out there 👀. Very impressed with the upgrades and the truck in general. Thank goodness I had my ARRMA bits to throw on a 6s shock and rear camber link 😂. Temps were not bad with the 6s Backflips 😍. It had cooled off into the evening though. I think 16/46 is doable if it's not 95-105F outside. 🚀🚀😎💪👊👊
Thanks so much Erric 😜. The M2C chassis is a complete game changer 👀. Truly strengthens the entire truck and gives a big boost in control and confidence with the low CG weight 👌. Truly appreciate it Brother!!!😎💪👊👊
Yeah Brother Rich 👊😁,you made really good modifications to the Sladge, the frame is the first thing to do, that 6061 aluminum is too weak, co the 7075 M2C now are zero problems, also all the engine mount etc excellent parts💪💪. The lp baskflips are really good, I put them on my Team Corally Puniscer and it's too much fun 😁 As always it is a pleasure to watch your videos my friend, I hope one day to do a session together with you , Keep hitting hard 😎🍻
Thanks so much Brother David 😜!!!! The Sledge is becoming a tank thanks to M2C 😍. Chassis, motor mount, and universal hexes have completely changed this truck 😱. Love the Backflips LP's too. Hope someday we can get a session together my dear friend. 🍻🚀🚀😎💪👊👊
Rich that was sick! I have to say that when I’ve been out since putting every single M2C part u can get for the 6s Kraton EXB is that not only is it way stronger and gives u the confidence to go bigger but by going bigger I’m crashing way less. To me it’s the same as Xtreme windsurfing, the higher u go the more time u have to think about what your doing and 9 out 10 u get it right rather than trying to keep it small but the rotations for tricks is way faster so you have to be bang on. I hope you get the “Method behind the Madness “ of what I’m trying to convey, but to me it makes sense. I’m having way more fun, I have more confidence in my kit and it means I can learn more tricks because of the amount of airtime. Keep on rocking dude, love the vids, can’t wait for them to come out every week, it’s the best! Plain sick dude, plain sick 👊👊👊💥💥💥👍👍👍👍💪💪💪💪🍻🍻🍻
Back from national holiday, and see this session dear brother Rich 😮. The chassi and the MM is a gamechanger for all their platforms they put their hands on, Mitch and Avery are 👊 ❤. Some real inzane sends, AND testing of that chassi ❤❤❤. Thank you for providing us with such amazing material ❤❤
Thanks so much dear Brother 😍. So totally stoked about the M2C upgrades 😱🥰🥰. The Wizard Mitch and Avery have done it again. The Beefcake version Sledge is confidence inspiring and FUN no question 🤗. Really starting to like her. Excited to try the 4985 1650 with the optional rear mounting. Love the +6.5mm hexes too 😋. Shout out to Victor for making this session a Blast. Truly appreciate it Thomas 🍻🚀🚀😎💪👊👊
Sweet setup and I just ordered that same center diff cover and the motor mount did u possibly record when u swapped it out I just got my new chassis installed took a nasty hit 4th run out lol love the sledge tho I went with green too
Thanks Brother 🤗. I didn't record mounting up the M2C mount. I ultimately went with their reverse motor mount setup to allow for a bigger motor and ultimately converted to the 1/7 length Jackhammr chassis with Hobbywing 4985 1650kv Max6 combo. 🍻
Another Great Session Rich 👊 !!! You put that M2C chassis to test and it passed with flying colors. As Always your driving skills amaze me Bro!! It will be cool to see that reverse motor mount and system you put in. Damage happens to the Best of Us!! Stay safe and bash on from Colorado!!! 👊✌️🍻
Thanks so very much Ervin 😜. I think Mitch nailed it with this prototype chassis 😍. I had so many river rock and boulder landings 👀but she just kept going with zero dings or bendage 👍. Can't wait to experiment with a larger motor is this bad boy. So glad I had an ARRMA 6s shock and link on hand to finish my run Bro. It was kinda jankie the way I mounted it, but it worked 😂. Truly appreciate it my friend!!!! 🍻😎💪👊👊
Sweet launches Rich!! That was a perfect Duperbash beat down on the Sledge 🚀🚀 I heard some of Aldo’s chipmunks made it over to California 😜😂 I can’t wait for you to turn the motor around and really see what this platform can handle 👍
Thanks so much Brother Aaron 😜!!!! I'm super impressed with this M2C upgraded Sledge 👀. The arms, driveline, and other bits are definitely hanging tough. Aside from later discovering the front dogbone pins slipping out, she held up awesome. Can't wait to drop a bigger can in this sucker!!!! 🍻🚀🚀😎💪👊👊
Always look forward to your reviews..there definitely is a difference between between someone who is a skilled basher that pushes these rigs as much as you do..as to some that purposely do crazy things knowing it's not going to land right or a good chance that it's going to break and when it does blames it on everything but there driving! You are one of the most skilled drivers and keeping it honest and good to see you trying other brands and it's good for the hobby and honestly watching your vids have inspired me to get my first TLR Typhon! Great stuff Rich!💯
Thanks so much Jamie 🤗. I never try to purposely break my stuff. Yes, the goal is foremost having fun and pushing the limits the best I know how to get in a solid test. In the end, I like to finish my runs like any basher 😍. It's kind of crazy not having spare parts when anything could happen out there, but fortunately I had a Kraton shock and rear camber link to throw on 😂. Slowly collecting basic bits for back up. The TLR Typhon looks absolutely beautiful 😍. Great choice with it and truly appreciate the warm comment Brother. 🍻😎💪👊👊
Great video Rich. I'm planning on upgrading the shock towers on my custom Majove chassis build but I'm not sure what would be best. I'm looking at either titanium or carbon, what would be best?
Thanks so much Brother 😜. Probably can't go wrong with CF, Titanium, or 7075 T6. I'm running M2C Racing on my stretched Kraton XL "Orange Darling" 😍. CF is lighter, but there is a slight possibility for breakage, more so than others. Just depends on your preference. 😎💪👊👊
@@richduperbash2966 Sounds good to me man, I just wasn't dure if there was one that would be the absolute best choice. Will likely end up going with the carbon from Scortched rc
Great bash!! You are definitely a talented driver.. I would love to see a follow up video on a close up look of the truck after this bash.. I would love to see a straightedge thrown on the bottom and measured the full length to see if it bowed or not.. or even if any of those landings put a dent in it.. If you end up having good luck with this chassis then I am totally getting a sledge .. that stock motor mount and weak chassis is the only thing holding me back at this point.
Thanks so much Brother 🤗. I'll keep updating as I go, but only have time for so many videos between work and family commitments 😍. To sort any doubts, this chassis and motor mount are the solution for a bulletproof Sledge build 👀. It's straight with no dents despite countless hits and direct river rock landings. Just like with the ARRMA 6s line and Teknos, M2C Racing 4mm 7075 T6 is the answer for worry free bashing. 😎💪👊👊
Thanks so much Brother John 😜. Yeah the Mega pile is gone, but I've done my best to shape a few jumps. Hopefully they'll leave what's left for awhile. Might rain tomorrow, but we'll see what happens. Hope all is well Brother. 🚀🚀😎💪👊👊
Yes another EPIC Bash test with Sledge Bro Rich. This truck continues to deliver killer performance. Best Traxxas Rig Imo that can go toe2toe with the arrma's in terms of going to the extreme. Killer test on the M2C hopups. Mitch and Avery nailed it once again as always with their innovations. I'm pissed off at my Carrier here holding my package 📦 (M2C chassis) hostage another day LoL 🤣. Awesome Big sends and rips Bro. Another Hella session in the books.
Thanks so much Brother Chris 😜!!!! This is easily the roughest spot I run at, loaded with river rock and carnage potential, and she took several direct rock landings no problem 👀. The chassis performed brilliantly 💪. So stoked to see M2C turning this rig into a tank 😱. Stoked my buddy Victor made it out to send his XMaxx and Kraton 😍. Hope you get your chassis soon Bro. I know you're chopping at the bit. Really appreciate it Brother!!!! 🍻🤙🤙😎💪👊👊
I've always really liked how the heavier m2c chassis affected the trucks handling. Feels more planted and seems having that extra weight in the perfect location and evenly distributed made my kraton handle better overall in my opinion.
My sentiments exactly Brother 😱. I had a clip saying that exact thing, but removed it cuz the vid was too long 🤣. Stock chassis is 400g, this M2C one is 520. Definitely low down weight that helps traction, cornering, and overall stability. 🍻😎💪👊👊
Thanks Gregory 🤗. I hear you Brother. The Sledge should've come with a 7075 T6 chassis at that price. No question the Kraton is easier on the wallet. 🍻😎💪👊👊
Thanks so much Brother Avery 😜!!!! The chassis took a gnarly hammering no problem 💪. Tons of rock landings with nothing but scratches 👀 Thanks for making the best upgrades on the planet!!! 🍻😎💪👊👊
Hi I bought the esc plate from m2c and also hobbywing 4985. Can I use the esc plate from m2c when its in reverse? Is there anything else I need for this build. I have offcourse the motor mount and the chassis?
Hey Jim 🤗. This is kinda tough to answer because there's a couple different M2C ESC mounts. One is specific for the stock position, one for above the motor mount, and one specifically for the reverse motor mount set-up. Kinda depends which ESC mount you have. 🤔
M2c to the rescue. Seriously impressed with how the sledge does and matches constant innovation. Very awesome to have a future option of flipping the motor for the chassis design. I swear I always bring more than I need for parts but last weekend I ended up using an 8s servo end link for my 6s notorious tierod end but it held up great. But it was the 1 time I slimmed down on what I brought haha. Always awesome when you have a friend show up to bash with. Did the heat stay manageable with the bigger backflips? Thanks for another awesome bash video man was a blast to watch 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
Thanks so much Nick 😜. It's frustrating as heck when you don't have the parts you need on hand 😂. Glad you were able to swap bits. I finished this run with a Kraton rear shock and rear camber link 😍. Slowly sorting spare sledge parts as I go. The heat was manageable with the 6s Backflips, but it also cooled down into the evening. Stoked that Victor made it out with his XMaxx and K6s 🚀🚀. It was windy AF, but that didn't stop us from having a Blast!!! 🍻😎💪👊👊
Dude there is nothing like watching a rich duperbash video. When I get my first 6S rig ima have to give you a shoutout in the video for sure even if it’s only a couple hundred people watching because every one of your videos I watch I want one more and more and I’m gonna send it for ya 😂🤙🇺🇸
That's some hard-core bashing going on, you r the man. I still haven't gotten a sledge, that stock motor mount is what's holding me back, where would I get the M2C motor mount? Nice video
Thanks so much Jon 🤗. These are prototype M2C mounts. Pretty certain Mitch and Avery have started production on them. Should be available for purchase on the M2C Racing website soon. m2cracing.net/
I don't like the Traxxas Tqi radios personally. I use Tactic TTx300 radios and recievers. They're simple with great responsiveness, spring tension, and feel in the hand. Really solid range too. 🍻
@@richduperbash2966 You and M2C have made the Sledge another flying tank. Love it. My highest jumps are only around 26ft high, but no stock aluminum chassis can handle that. That's why all my Arrma rigs have the M2C stuff and other beefcake parts 🤣👍
Hi mate another fantastic video. I really want to see when you put a bigger motor and with the reverse engine mount 👍🤣 i think it will handle better to 🤪🤣
Thanks Armando 🤗. I'm itching to drop a HW 4985 in her 😱. Mitch made sure it would clear the chassis with his alternate mount 👌. She'll get a major boost in the torque department and will probably handle great.🍻😎💪👊👊
As always rich dude another epic vid! I've notest u do like m2c hop ups alot don't u, so do I to b honest, keep up the good work rich to the 🌒 👍👌😂💪✌️💯🍻
Thanks so much Shaun 🤗. Yes indeed with M2C 😍. Been helping test and refine their parts for about 4 years now and recommended several upgrade parts myself. There isn't a better option available anywhere. Aside from their design genius and master machining, they use the highest grade materials on the market. 🍻😎💪👊👊
They're a fair amount smaller and lighter. Rims are identical, just has about 1/2 of the sidewall height. Extremely tough and fast tire overall. Just have to gear up about 2 teeth to get the same top speeds as the regular 6s Backflips. 🍻
Yeah bro this video made me sweat 🥵🥵 lol You’re hardcore for going out to test that day brother!! Glad to see all these M2c hop ups holding up as always!!!
Thanks so much Brother David 😜!!! Can't wait to do a dual Sledge session sometime soon. It was hot out, but not as toasty as our mid day mid summer sweat fests 😂. Hope to connect again soon Bro. 🚀🚀😎💪👊👊
I think of Traxxas like an X girlfriend who I was in a long term relationship with. We’re now just Fuc* buddies from time to time but Traxxas knows who my main squeeze is, “Arrma”.
As many will say and as I'm sure iv said many times, EPIC testing man😱💪 Need to ship me over one of your mountains😳 The scale of the place is deserving until you went to get the car out of that HUGE valley🤣🤘
Thanks so much Brother 😜. This spot is truly hardcore. The GoPro does zero justice. There's river rocks, ruts, and boulders everywhere 👀. I had more rock landings than I could count. Chassis did Fantastic!!! 😎💪👊👊
Andrew just got back into bashing 🤗. He's at Universal Studios Hollywood with his friends at the moment 😱. We just got out twice the past week. Video coming soon 😍

Great video! My question is why pay the 1000 for the sledge when you got to do all that to it? The Kraton still seems the best way to go.
Thanks Gregory 🤗. I hear you Brother. The Sledge should've come with a 7075 T6 chassis at that price. No question the Kraton is easier on the wallet.
🍻😎💪👊👊
Dude, that was an insane bash! You took that truck to the torture chamber! Thanks for punishing the parts
You really know how to send them puppies 🚀🏎💨👏
Always a pleasure to watch 👍👌👍
Thanks so much Claire 🤗. Glad I had a spare ARRMA 6s shock and link on hand to finish the run. 😎💪👊👊
Thanks so very much Brother 😜!!!! You'll love your 6s and probably even more with some M2C bits to make it rock solid. 🍻😎💪👊👊
Yeah that’ll probably happen after I bend every aluminum part on the truck 😂
That's some hard-core bashing going on, you r the man. I still haven't gotten a sledge, that stock motor mount is what's holding me back, where would I get the M2C motor mount? Nice video
Thanks so much Jon 🤗. These are prototype M2C mounts. Pretty certain Mitch and Avery have started production on them. Should be available for purchase on the M2C Racing website soon. m2cracing.net/
nice run bro. I can't wait to get this chassis and motor mount for mine
Thanks Jacob 🤗. The Sledge is extremely durable with the M2C chassis and mount 👀. You're gonna love it Brother 🍻😎💪👊👊
Awesome brotha! Your are killing it my dude! Epicness all the way around!⚡️⚡️⚡️🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Thanks so much Brother Rocky 😜. I'm starting to like this M2C Sledge. She's got good bones and serious potential 🍻🚀🚀😎💪👊👊
@@richduperbash2966 Yes I really love my Sledge too! The thing Rocks! M2C is killing it with this rig!!!
EPIC.
always hitting that thumbs up before I even watch. Thanks for the entertainment 🚀🚀😍
Thanks so much Steven 🤗. Really appreciate it Brother!!! 😎💪👊👊
This truck is truly beautiful
Do you stick to RTR radio, or do you recommand an upgraded radio?
I don't like the Traxxas Tqi radios personally. I use Tactic TTx300 radios and recievers. They're simple with great responsiveness, spring tension, and feel in the hand. Really solid range too. 🍻
Nasa said that they want their air space back! Absolutely amazing as always 🤣👍
LMAO 😂. Thanks so much Brother. Had a Blast out there once again. 😎💪👊👊
@@richduperbash2966 You and M2C have made the Sledge another flying tank. Love it. My highest jumps are only around 26ft high, but no stock aluminum chassis can handle that. That's why all my Arrma rigs have the M2C stuff and other beefcake parts 🤣👍
@@joseCalderon1976 26ft is plenty high Bro 👀. M2C is the answer for worry free bashing 😍
ANOTHER EPIC BRUTAL BASH FROM THE G.O.A.T HIMSELF #2 ON THE SLEDGE...GET IT BROTHER🤙👍👍🔥🔥🔥
Thanks so much Brother 😜. I'm digging this rig with the upgrades 🍻😎💪👊👊
Nice playground you’ve got there!
Sweet video! Nobody drives em like you do boss! 😎👍
Thank you Brother 🤗
Hi mate another fantastic video. I really want to see when you put a bigger motor and with the reverse engine mount 👍🤣 i think it will handle better to 🤪🤣
Thanks Armando 🤗. I'm itching to drop a HW 4985 in her 😱. Mitch made sure it would clear the chassis with his alternate mount 👌. She'll get a major boost in the torque department and will probably handle great.🍻😎💪👊👊
Fantastic Video Sir
Thank you my friend 😎💪👊👊
As always rich dude another epic vid! I've notest u do like m2c hop ups alot don't u, so do I to b honest, keep up the good work rich to the 🌒 👍👌😂💪✌️💯🍻
Thanks so much Shaun 🤗. Yes indeed with M2C 😍. Been helping test and refine their parts for about 4 years now and recommended several upgrade parts myself. There isn't a better option available anywhere. Aside from their design genius and master machining, they use the highest grade materials on the market. 🍻😎💪👊👊
i've never had a set of BACKFLIP LPs, how much smaller are they compared to the MTs?
They're a fair amount smaller and lighter. Rims are identical, just has about 1/2 of the sidewall height. Extremely tough and fast tire overall. Just have to gear up about 2 teeth to get the same top speeds as the regular 6s Backflips. 🍻
@@richduperbash2966 sweet, just got some teknoRC pinions in today!
As much as I hate to give it to ARRMA, the k6 exb seems like a far better buy for the price. Still think the erevo was traxxas’ best 6s basher.
Yeah bro this video made me sweat 🥵🥵 lol
You’re hardcore for going out to test that day brother!!
LMFAO 😂. Might be the best comment ever!!!! 🍻😎💪👊👊
King of jackknife stunts😘
As many will say and as I'm sure iv said many times, EPIC testing man😱💪
Need to ship me over one of your mountains😳
The scale of the place is deserving until you went to get the car out of that HUGE valley🤣🤘
Thanks so much Brother 😜. This spot is truly hardcore. The GoPro does zero justice. There's river rocks, ruts, and boulders everywhere 👀. I had more rock landings than I could count. Chassis did Fantastic!!! 😎💪👊👊
@@richduperbash2966 Yes that M2C chassis is amazing as all their products are👌
Hope to try the 6s EXB chassis one day🤞
Saving for my next car first🤦😅
Those jumps are worth taking measurements… gotta be close to world record…
be awesome😍 chassy MC2 ,traxxas ,the place to beat...🚀 love you🍻🙋🏽♂️
Thanks to Mitch and Avery for making this truck a tank 😱😎💪👊👊
Geeotdayam you are admirable.. efficient...etc...
Thank you Brother 🍻
shout out to victor , we got the same barber lol
LMAO 😂
Where is Andrew?? I love seeing a father and son out there just blasting away.
Andrew just got back into bashing 🤗. He's at Universal Studios Hollywood with his friends at the moment 😱. We just got out twice the past week. Video coming soon 😍
@@richduperbash2966
Good for him. And I can't wait to see u both bashing together. 🤟😎
It got bashed well
Thanks Jay 🤗. We were landing on river rocks out of view with my GoPro. As always, super impressed with the M2C chassis 👀😎💪👊👊
Damn chassis is almost as bad as Arrma's
Yeah it needs upgrading no question. The EXB chassis is stronger than this one. M2C is the solution for either brand in the end. 😎💪👊👊
